Yup. Just like no intelligent person could believe everything was a coincidence and SH was just 'unlucky' Mr Langdon. Give us a break. I still think it's going to be difficult for the jury to decide 100% on SH's verdict though only through the lack of forensic evidence, logic says guilt, evidence says otherwise :( IMO

SOOOOOO frustrating.

Anyone hazard a guess as to when we may hear the verdicts? Maybe late next week?

I wonder if the 16 year old at the takeaway was their intended/original target?

I hope the judge corrects those comments. They seem a bit much to me.

I saw this coming and surely most of you too: today we would feel 'depressed' after her defense barrister's speech...

I agree. Yet again, poor choice of words - why on earth would a Jury struggle to make someone a murderess ! I know what he means but he has put it badly.

Frustrating, even though the lawyers are only doing their job.

Meanwhile the jury are left to ponder her version of events all weekend, but hopefully the judge's summary will remind them of what pros said too.

I think it was interesting during SH's interview that her ears only pricked up when they said the body had been found at her house.

She must have thought WHAT? did he leave it behind? did he move something else to the shed?

And then she coyly asks because she's curious to know, without wanting to seem surprised, where in her house he had hidden her.

That reminded me of the part in SHs interview where she said she had only heard yesterday about what NM had done .......and her solicitor then had to correct her to remind her that she had only heard that morning.

Somehow,if I had only been given that shocking info a few hours previous, I would not be thinking it was yesterday when I was told.

I think SH said she thougth NM was just going to use the cashpoint when the batteries were bought from tesco.
Must have missed that - surely there's some cctv from there

We still have JI and DDs Barristers, who I presume will be first up on Monday - I would estimate their closings to be about 30 minutes each.
Then I think it's Judges summing up which would be remainder of Monday and perhaps some of Tuesday as well.
So Jury out sometime on Tuesday ? my guess is there wont be verdicts next week, although I would like to think there would be.

Huge thanks for that Rach - I was always doing the long tweets - that was brilliant being able to do the short ones x

The jury heard on that day Matthews and Hoare went out, and shortly before 11am Matthews visited a Tesco store which Hoare presumed was to use an ATM.

In actual fact he bought Duracell batteries, the court was told, but Hoare said she was unaware of it.

So in the "Shauna is Innocent story" I wonder when NM puts the batteries into the stun gun? First he'd be driving then they go straight into the house. Is it another thing he supposedly did in that 15-20 minute time frame?

Just curious... Can the jury be interviewed by msm after the verdict if they choose?
