I can only speak for myself, but my opinion wasn't changed by his comments. I had thought for a long time, and had said so on here, that as far as I could see there was no evidence that he was involved.
There's no verbatim account available so we don't know exactly what was said. It's been suggested before that he could have dozed off on the sofa, and then woken up and gone up to bed. Hence the mention of a sofa. Or perhaps his bed was actually a sofa bed. As for the headphones, or ear buds or whatever it was, I suppose he fell asleep listening to music or the radio in the same way I occasionally fall asleep with my specs on while reading in bed.
I really don't think this sort of nitpicking is enough to convict a man.
I agree and think we have felt similarly from the start Cherwell. I also think that because of the 'horrific' disposal method at the start maybe some were expecting much more horror to continue during evidence. I think the 4 'assistor's' as I call them really didn't have any idea of what they were involved in. It's frustrating that we don't have 100% of the evidence to access as it would probably settle a lot of the misgivings.
I just cannot get my head around the kidnap theory, I think that it possibly went something like:
Nathan said to Shauna he wanted to have words with Becky about her behaviour while she went for her

I am surprised that the Prosecution didn't do more with SH as I really don't think they have proven anything 100%. I guess a lot will depend on the judges guidance as to what she's found guilty on. I think her Lawyer is unconvinced by her, hence the 'If innocent..' He knows she's lied, but what about?
I wonder if we will get to see the 'full' police interviews after the verdicts? I can't help thinking that we are still missing some crucial parts to all of it!
Sorry for rambling, all my own thoughts and feelings.
Also, massive sympathy to BW's biological Mum and Gran & Bro, they must feel so totally empty, hurt and frustrated by all of it. I truly hope they get Justice for Becky, but I'm not sure they will without the truth!
