Can I ask why? Neither SH or NM look particularly like drug users to me... though someone on here previously did claim to be an 'expert' at spotting them when some people were pointing the finger at LO's "bruised faced" and stoned appearance ...

Hello, goodnight all.
I'm from far away and completely baffled with this crime. Since the first day it passed here on the news - around perhaps 21 or 22 February - I came to see everyday online if I could find what happened to this so young girl.
The outcome of this case had me so shocked that I can tell you I go to sleep thinking about Becky's fate and wake up thinking of her.
Can't imagine, can't find a reason why her stepbrother would have killed her. Nothing could be a motive for it.
In the last few days I found this forum and I liked it so much I began to read all the 4 or 5 threads related to this case. At this point we can't do anything but speculate, anyway, from the first moments I heard she had disappeared, I didn´t have too much hope she would be found alive. Unfortunatelly most of the cases like this end in the death of the youngster who disappeared. I wish I could have a guess to try to know WHY, why has she been murdered, how, where and when. We'll have to wait as the case developps. Anyway, I'll post here every so often when I feel the need to have my say.
Thank you to everyone who has been posting links, thoughts, theories, everything that has been add to the discussion. All this is human nature. The need we have to know about the human mind and the human - many times so inhuman - way some persons use their social skills.

I ask you in advance to excuse my semantics, phrase construction or orthography - spelling mistakes as English is neither my first language, nor even my second and feel free to ask everytime you may not understand my way to write in your language. I'll be surely learning more.

I dont think they are married either, not seen any reporting of that........plus, because of the age gap, NM and RW did not grow up in the same household, so she would possibly not be viewed by NM the way a brother would see a sister....

I understand that DG and AG have been together for about 10 years, although they only married a year or so ago. So Becky would have been around 6 and NM around 18 when their parents first got together. If NM was still living with his mother, then they could all have been living together for a while (although not exactly growing up together because of the age difference).

In any event, you would hope that NM would have been protective of his little step sister, whether he was living there or not.

And this is strange but one of his likes has gone since yesterday. I remember it specifically as it was like the 'I post disturbing things' page, as in it raised an eyebrow. It was called 'caught having sex' The like is gone now, the page is still up on fb as I just looked. I just had a bath and now feel like I need another, and it's probably nothing I just found it strange.

Yes, I too do hope so. I was also thinking that BW, as you said was around 6 and her brother DG was in his 10. Not difficult to think they could have been a bit noisy because of their ages to a 18 years old NM who was a young adult or late teenager if you want. But, these are only our thoughts as we don't know if they ever lived together. I assume they did even if only for a short time and yes, he had a good age to protect the small children of his mum partner. <modsnip>

It indicates that the mods have taken the time to edit the post instead of deleting the post.

It saves the original poster going crazy looking for a post that has completely disappeared.

It would be nice if an automated PM told you when one of your posts has been deleted. No need for reasons, it would just help to know it happened.
