As someone else already said there are legitimate reasons for giving an alternative address to the court.

Please don't stop throwing out ideas but this one is a dead end.

He has not lied to the court.

The address may be a friend or family member or actually his official address (as opposed to where he sleeps).

It may or may not have been searched. The Police have not overlooked it.

Warmley is a small place, if the Police trucked up to a property in numbers (like they have every where else) someone would have noticed. Unlike many of the other areas where property has been searched a Police presence is less common. It would be far more likely to be noticed and gossiped about.

Of course, by the time I wrote my thoughts and posted, all those other logical explanations were posted! I hate when that happens! LOL However, I still wonder if they searched the Warmley address and found something they haven't released to the public (I have no problem with that, by the way).

I was Reading some pages ago about the wild theory someone posted here. Yes, it could be, although don't know why but I tend not to think of a sexual motive. Perhaps because 'I prefer' to think of something that happened without any previous links. What if it was na accident, what if they were like pushing themselves - either playing or even angry - and she fel, for exemple downstairs or in a room and hit her head... then he panicked and began to think he had no courage to deal with the fact that she had died because he pushed her or fought her, whatever. Then it began with a selfish cover and ended in the horrific way we all know having to have the way we too know to deal with her body to be easier for him to erase what he had done. Evil anyway. Even if he selfishly was too coward to deal with the consequences, the act of cutting a person, dealing with the blood and the lost of the body whole shape requires a very sick mind, cold blood and a lot of logistics...

It is far more likely to have been for practical reasons.

Agree, but still such an individual would be a bit higher up on the depravity scale as would be murderers who torture, rape, those who are in a trusted relationship with the victim, in a position of authority, or if victim is of a young age etc etc.

Slightly more depraved individual IMO who can actually follow through with the act of dismembering his/her victim as practical as it may be.

Lol.

Virtually nothing has been released to the public nor will it be until the trial.

Was thinking... BW was last seen by AG Thursday morning after arriving home from a sleepover. Someone was at home that morning with B after AG left for the doctor.

We can think that NM was who was in the house with her. But, being so, the police or the family had to have said that she was last seen by NM and he was NEVER referred.

The last person to see someone who disappeared is always a very importante link for na investigation. Why then do you think it was assumed more persons were in the house after the stepmom left but it is her name that appears as the last person who saw B...

And of course this serves for anyone who was in the house with her even if it was someone else and not NM. Why appears always AG as the last person who saw her and not the person or persons who were in the house after she left...

Don't think it was assumed.

The Police had the information, they chose not to share it, probably because it was crucial to building their case.

The Police and the CPS will disclose the facts during the trial.

They could have said they were in a bedroom with doors closed and never saw Becky.

Good night all, time for me to sleep.

So many questions, doubts and wonders about this. The only certain thing is that a young, commun, pretty girl that was almost beginning her walk in life is dead and must have suffered a lot at the hands of someone she knew and was almost family to her.

Awful, awful case :snooty:

Thank you.

.... I assumed that a PTCJ charge would carry the same sentence across the board. I must be wrong.

No, you were right first time. Perverting the course of justice is a common law offence that carries the maximum sentence of life imprisonment. In practice, no one ever gets a life sentence but, in theory, it is available.

The Crown prosecution Service (CPS) sentencing guidelines for perversion of justice recommends a minimum sentences of four months and maximum sentences of one to two years per incident. Specific perjury and witness intimidation statutes permit longer sentences and in theory the offence of perverting the course of justice can carry a penalty of life imprisonment. However there have not been any sentences above 10 years that have been passed in the last century for this offence.

He is a member of a fitness group https://www.facebook.com/nathan.matthews.3785/likes?pnref=lhc

And this is strange but one of his likes has gone since yesterday. I remember it specifically as it was like the 'I post disturbing things' page, as in it raised an eyebrow. It was called 'caught having sex' The like is gone now, the page is still up on fb as I just looked. I just had a bath and now feel like I need another, and it's probably nothing I just found it strange.

To be fair, the 'I post disturbing things' is really not disturbing at all if you look at the page, it's the usual click-bait crap most groups share but nothing disturbing at all that I saw. I just looked at the 'caught having sex' - only briefly cos my daughter came downstairs but again, that just looks like people getting caught having sex in awkward places and treated humourously in the usual FB fashion along with the usual 'you'll never believe what happened next' type posts. I see nothing eyebrow raising about either really.

Kem922: Doesn't it. I'm digressing really but with DG being several years older than JG, I could imagine DG's always looked out for him as he's always been his little brother and JG always proudly looked up to DG, being his much older brother. Bet JG never imagined for the life of him, that one day he'd have to be the strong one supporting his older brother, especially under such horrendous circumstances. Him kissing his head, just tore at my heart strings.
I tell you, the way that JG has acted and supported his brother shows a maturity waaay beyond his years. Other family members may have been more active on FB but to me JG is the one who has supported his brother the most. I see from his fb profile that he has kids - I'd be proud to call him my dad

Is it actually known that she was in receipt of benefits? Or is that just an assumption based on stereotypes or facebook? Cause on Facebook my job is listed as one of Santa's Helpers ;)
Them living together would not only affect her benefits but also his. He was an ad hoc delivery driver and with no other job mentioned I think it's a fair assumption that he was claiming some sort of benefits. Similarly SH has been reported as never leaving the house. . Doesn't sound like she works to me. They have a small child, even if they were both working they'd more than likely claim the childcare element of tax credit to cover the associated costs. So no I don't think they are being stereotyped at all

My additional guess is that he is also on welfare (unemployment) so it would be more likely to come to the attention of the welfare if he was registered as living at that address. Dole + cash in hand "ad hoc" delivery + single parent allowance + council house + other single parent benefits = relatively comfortable life with very little effort.
Plus single occupants (not including children) get a discount on their council tax

I wonder if SH is being put under a lot of pressure for a plea deal- say all you know and all involved and you can still have a life after you served your time and see your daughter?

I wonder if the other 5 were landed in it by no way their own fault- I mean look at the fb of a lovely clean house, clean child, happy family snaps- how would they possibly be mixed up in this all- but they have been arrested and detained- and the time extended- I don't know if that is because the case is high profile and the police are taking no chances.

And then I wonder if this is the tip of the iceberg and something far far more sinister is going on that is yet to come to light... This story keeps on getting more and more horrific- and I don't think it is going to stop anytime soon. We will know more when the other 5 are either charged or released.

I would say NW is saying nothing- but someone is talking alright and my guess would be one of the young women/ mothers. They are very young and very very out of a situation they can control.

IF I was with someone and adored them and had a family with them and they committed a crime like this- I don't know how I would react. I would like to think I would pick up the phone- but I can see how I would be duped into lying, or play along out of fear. BUT if that was the case- at this stage I would be telling absolutely everything I know and fully cooperating. No other action would make sense.

I still can not find a link between NW and SH- however I read somewhere that NW did know KD - but I can not remember for the life of me where or how- does anyone know?

It is so hard to speculate on anything when we don't know when she was murdered, where she was murdered, the motive, where she was dismembered, and even if her tech devices were found. There is a lot more to this story to come out. I have a load of completely different plausible theories.
That's the bit that confuses me, the fb pics show a decent house, nicely decorated etc yet the press/Police keep referring to it as rundown

I also read somewhere that NW knew KD ..and I also cant remember where - because I have read so much these past two weeks ...but I am fairly sure the comment implied they knew each other, but not as close pals.

I wondered if NM was into bodybuilding as his physique looks like he at least worked out a lot

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Nope he's got the same physique as my ex (coincidentally also from Warmley,Bristol) looks to me like he is just a shortish guy who works out (not to the bodybuilding level). Tends to make shorter people more bulked up than their taller counterparts

Again, having looked at the content of that group it doesn't raise any eyebrows, most young men like pictures of semi-clad woman, look at all the likes of young men (or not even young, to be fair) of people on your own FB and you'll likely see much of the same. Personally, I think some people are looking for things that aren't there. I don't think his FB likes had any influence over his charge and are pretty irrelevant unless it's some sort of out-there sexual violence he's perusing. I'm sure others feel differently.
Nope I agree, I always feel that any forum like this can get a bit ridiculous sometimes, when there's no info being made available some people's imaginations go a bit gaga :)

I can almost guarantee that when it all come out it will be more horrifying and gruesome than we imagine but all done for a simpler reason than grooming gangs, drug deals and secret cult sacrifices ...
