Or the photos on FB were taken in the nicer parts of the house.
To me rundown implies the that house is in need of repair, redecoration, a bit scruffy and so on over much of the house - now I've seen pics of a section if the kitchen, living room and a other unidentifiable room and in no way do they look anything like the above in fact quite the opposite - nicely decorated, good quality furniture, decent blinds and flooring. Obviously there could be other rooms in a lesser state of repair and decoration but I think it would be harsh to say it was rundown. Obviously we don't know when these pics were taken but there would have to have been some major issues for the the house to deteriorate that much.

As I've said before its a moot point but makes me go bat crazy when things Are labelled in the press to add to the story

I'm sure police would have accessed their profiles by now and what your suggesting can easily be verified by them as all changes made to profiles are backed up on change logs on the server. Either police have gone in and made everything private to stop people having a nosy ( which they've done on other cases) or someone else who has passwords to the accounts is doing so. If that is the case then I'm sure police would like to speak to those individuals
Everything that happens on Facebook is logged, everything.

Nothing is ever truly deleted.

If someone was trying to manipulate a Facebook account to destroy evidence they would need some pretty sophisticated skills to cover their tracks.

I'm amazed that Facebook doesn't have a policy to automatically suspend accounts of people facing prosecution for serious crimes.

I'm more amazed that their solicitors haven't advised them to delete all their social media accounts.

Probably, guessing that takes a bit of time though and possibly requires a warrant? Any idea on that? :-)
Yes they would need a warrant on both counts. A warrant to search their computer/account shouldn't be too hard to get and quite quick too. With the amount of people suspected of being involved one angle police could use is that they suspect arrangements/contact between the individuals via social media.

Edited to add : they would only need a warrant if the individuals didn't give them permission to access their accounts

To look at the servers then they would require a different type of Warrant and apply to fb for copies of the change log for those accounts. Not sure if fb have got offices in the UK which may speed up the process but I believe in general it takes a fair bit longer to get this information

Possibly but media reports specifically state rundown house which contradicts what I've seen of the house
None of the property in that area looks particularly run down. Most of it appears to be housing association or council housing.

I thought it was odd at the time it was reported.

The media get things wrong all the time, main problem being that they all poach information off each other and so mistakes get cascaded.

Indeed - I need to go check but I'm pretty sure that the police used the phrase first

I noticed that too.. the group could have deleted him
Nobody has deleted him, he hasn't accessed facebook, the like is still there, I posted a screen shot in the last page or so, I reported the page and some of its content was removed, including its profile pic.

Not impossible for a property to be scruffy on the outside but pristine inside, in fact that could be deliberate.

The pictures may have been taken in someone else's house, only a handful of my pictures are taken in my home the rest are taken at friends and family houses.

What happens if he pleads guilty? Will there still be a full trial? I'm wondering if he will do this so he doesn't have to explain his actions. JMO

No there will not be a full trial.

A defendant has no obligation to explain his plea.

They could plead guilty and simply accept their sentence.

Pleading guilty at the earliest opportunity could result in a significant reduction in sentence.

They may have been but some of the captions on the pictures imply it is her home they are taken in
