UK UK - Renata Antczak, 49, Hull, East Yorkshire, 25 April 2017

Do you reckon he'll get his practicing restriction lifted after this?

Yes I think they will probably wait out the 12 months and then let him apply to have it removed.

What judge said to Dr Mustafa
Judge Bury told Mustafa trying to get the drug was a breach of trust, and said: “I’m sure you would argue Renata breached your trust by contacting another man and I can see that point of view.

“But there are many people whose partners, unhappily, are unfaithful - there are very few people who would want to drug them with GHB to find out what’s going on.”

He had given him a 12-month conditional discharge.

Don't know what to say.

Don't know what to say.

Ridiculous sentence.

So Renata is either dead or in hiding is my thoughts.

Wow.

Lipinski probably borrowed the judge's wig and gown for the day and had him tied up in a cupboard.

I don't believe what he said is acceptable.

During the trial, His Honour Judge Mark Bury had imposed a court order under section 4 (2) of the Contempt of Court Act, which specifically banned the reporting of Renata being missing or any reference to her disappearance in the reports of the trial.

It meant the Mail were unable to mention the police investigation into her disappearance so it would not prejudice the jury during the case.

The court heard that Mr Lipinski was already trying to get hold of the drug in order to use it on his own wife.

The judge stressed that Mustafa never obtained the drug.

The judge said that he was taking the unusual step of imposing a conditional discharge partly because there had been no actual harm done to anyone and also because Mustafa had already spent five-and-a-half months in custody on remand last year.

But the judge said that period of remand could only have been imposed due to ongoing inquiries relating to Ms Antczak’s disappearance.

I'd like to know how he knows MM never obtained the drug, or that no actual harm was done. Perhaps he should have said there is no evidence of these things.

RL has now spoken - a few snippets from the article

Mr Lipinski, a 46-year-old father-of-one, fiercely protested his innocence and said he believes - and hopes - Renata is alive.

He said: "I believe that she is alive. If she is alive she can clear my name.

Mr Lipinski is living with a friend in the north of the city after separating from his wife

"I just looked on the Internet and passed information on about the drug. Majid is a dentist, much more clever than me, he could have got the drug himself if he wanted to.

"He ( MM ) was going to drive from Hull to Poland. He was scared he would have a crash or something. I have a dashcam in my car. He asked me to get him one so he would have proof if he had an accident. I said no problem and got him one."

I would ask him why he believes that she is alive, because there is no evidence she is alive.

It sounds as if he got the drug for MM, when he says MM could have got the drug himself.

A dashcam in case he had an accident? Oh give it a rest, he was spying on Renata.

Going back a few pages there was a quote from someone who used the Timething tech on Mustafa, Renata and their daughter, and it only worked on Renata and the daughter. IMHO a classic technique to drive a wedge between Renata and her husband.

It would have been a lot simpler for Mustafa to just agree to the divorce. The relationship had clearly broken down and she was no longer the same person he'd married, he had lost his trust of her, etc. If he'd just agreed to the divorce then he could have applied for primary custody of the daughter and an order restricting Renata from taking her out of the country until she's 18. Either way he loses his wife, but he wouldn't have been in prison, he wouldn't have lost his practice and maybe have his daughters questioning whether he's murdered their mother.

Unless Renata was in immediate fear for her life I fail to see why she wouldn't at least pack a bag and drive her own car to the airport to fly to Poland and if she couldn't leave a note for her daughter, surely she could pass a note on via a friend to say that she's alive and well in Poland. The example in the first paragraph suggests the Timething had no intention of separating Renata from her daughter, they wanted the daughter as well, they just didn't want the husband.

I agree that it's unlikely that a simple dental surgery would have sedatives. Nowadays you have to get them prescribed and take them before going to the surgery, and knock-out procedures are done in hospitals not local dental surgeries.

Lipinski's statement is questionable as I see no reason why a dentist would find it easier than he to acquire GBH.

I would appreciate if you could include the link to the posting. I tried the search option on this thread and the only time that Timething tech comes up is in your current posting.

Thank you!

I couldn't tell if it was TimeWaver or TimeWeaver, so I put Timething instead, sorry! I will try and find the post I was referring to, but it might take a few minutes :-)

Interesting update, particularly with the details re the Time Waver machine and the note written by Renata.

and this ..........

Renata vanished at around 1pm on Tuesday, April 25, leaving home on foot and wearing black trousers and a purple T-shirt.

Mr Mustafa, who was upstairs at the time, says that up until that point, the day was like any other.

'That morning, we just had a chat about Victoria,' he says. 'Everything was normal.'

Doesn't say if he actually saw Renata leave - or if she told him she was going out. Plus, previous articles have said that the discussion on that morning was regarding Renata going back to Poland.

  • ‘I have been friends with Renata for two years. I was contacted by both the UK police and the Polish police because they were concerned about my personal safety after the disappearance of Renata.’
Asked if he was having an affair with Mrs Antczak, he said: ‘I was only an acquaintance of Renata, so I don’t know why all this has happened.’

He added: ‘I met Dr Mustafa and his wife to see if some medical equipment could help their daughter. It responded very well to Renata and their children. But her husband couldn’t be diagnosed for technical reasons.’

Bit more on Timewaver.
__________________

The five-stage process involves 1) Assessment 2) Consultation 3) Evaluation 4) Application 5) Transformation.

1) The first stage is an initial assessment involving readings from a quantum device called the Electro-Photonic Imaging (EPI) measuring photonic emissions from the client’s ten fingers. We then assess the client’s current physical and psycho-emotional state by employing a quantum therapeutic device called the TimeWaver. This offers us deeper insight and another perspective of the causality of the client’s current life situation. This procedure is followed by an appointment with our Live Blood Analyst who will conduct extensive research of the client’s physical as well as psycho-emotional health.

2) During the consultation phase, the client is then seen by the Integrative Medical Doctor who employs a holistic perspective toward their overall health and well being.

3) Based on the feedback from the consultation and assessment data generated by the devices, an evaluation is done to determine the best treatment plan and supporting diet and lifestyle changes.

4) Application is completed by way of administering treatment and monitoring results, using data captured during the previous stages as a baseline to monitor improvement, leading to the final stage of transformation.

5) This final stage involves a customised programme of inner developmental training and courses which rapidly enable the client to transform any outmoded beliefs and programmes which block them from realising their true potentials.

http://orassyultimatehealth.com/services/timewaver-analysis/

And this is the other reason why I considered that quote to be referring to a technique to cause friction within the family.

They're using scientific terms like "quantum" but they're not referring to quantum mechanics, which is real science but would not be relevant in this kind of application. IMHO words like that are being used because a lot of people know the word refers to 'real' science, but they don't actually comprehend that 'real' science, so the word can be attached to fool people into thinking there is real science behind the product.

It's been 1 year since Renata went missing. Went for a walk in a purple t-shirt and then **poof** vanished into thin air leaving two lovely daughters, 1 still at school.

We haven't forgotten you Renata.

Detectives leading the murder investigation say all lines of inquiry to find her alive have "proved fruitless" and have revealed fresh details into her disappearance including:

  • Her daughters have heard nothing from her since April 25, 2017
  • No person who knew Renata has been in contact with her at all
  • Every one who knows her says it is completely out of character
  • There has been no sign or trace of her across the UK and Europe

Thought to be the largest murder investigation in Hull in 20 years, Detective Superintendent Tony Cockerill says all efforts to find Renata alive have failed, and has described her missing personal milestones - including what will soon be her daughter's 12th birthday - as "extremely significant".

He said: "We are still in the process now of several lines of inquiry to try and find her, find out what’s happened to her. I believe it’s a murder investigation and have treated it as such for a considerable time.

"All our lines of inquiry to find Renata alive and well have proved fruitless – that’s throughout the UK and Europe – and we can find no person who knew Renata personally who has had any contact whatsoever since the 25th of April 2017.

"We have pursued every line of inquiry possible to find some contact from her and have been unable to do so, and significantly, her daughters have heard nothing from her since the day she went missing, and all those who know her would say this was completely out of character and would not have happened.

MM has been cooperating with a Polish documentary team. I want to watch this, but I imagine the language barrier will be too much to glean anything from it. That's if I can even find it online.

A television crew from a top Polish news channel has spent a week filming in Hull for a report on missing mum Renata Antczak.

The team from Polsat have spoken to her husband Dr Majid Mustafa, Humberside Police, friends and local media about her mysterious disappearance.

Polsat is one of the most watched channels in Poland and a special report on Renata will be aired on Wednesday.
