Social distancing in my neighbourhood is ridiculous - yesterday a gathering of about 10 - 15 people including kids playing outside an individuals house.. ridiculous (just having a rant) :D

In this situation Hay I would have absolutely no qualms about calling the Police. The way I look at it I haven't been doing this for 6 weeks with a partner on the front lines for this sort of thing to still be happening, some people are so thick. (not having a go at you by the way)

I've got to say the last few days or so I've definitely started feeling the toll over the whole situation.

In happier news I'm off the antibiocs I've been taking for the last week for a tooth abscess so I've finally been able to sit in the garden and have a drink! That's made me feel a smidgen better ha.

The police did show up :D and there wasn’t a sinner in the street yesterday! So I hope it continues that way - my little boy looks out the window at them all playing ‘look at all those bad boys and girls’ he’s only 4 but at least he understands unlike some o_O:D

Accurate antibody tests that are able to tell millions of Britons if they have had coronavirus are set to be rolled out across the UK within a fortnight, it has been claimed.

Testing giant Roche Diagnostics claims it has created a kit accurate enough to be used at scale - and the firm says it has enough stock to provide hundreds of thousands to the NHS every week.

I hope this comes true, it would be a brilliant step forward. Does make me concerned that we'll be split into had it/not had it camps though.

We, as an organisation, reacted quite quickly to changing the services we provide when the outbreak happened,” LIHH Chief Executive Ant Hanlon told The Irish Post.

“We moved everyone to remote working very quickly, we cancelled our groups, luncheon clubs, things like that, and our main thrust of work became door-stepping - making sure people knew we are out and about for them - and doing lots of keeping in touch phone calls, making sure people knew they had someone to talk to,” he explained.

“Our team were keeping regular contact with our clients and we were finding there was lots of anxiety about health, physically and mentally,” Mr Hanlon says.

“Then on the back of all the worry starting, when everything was closing up, local businessman Sean Gavaghan, the Vice-Chair of Leeds Comhaltas, contacted me.

“He said he was self-isolating and it made him think about all the people who didn’t have anybody and how they would be dealing with it – and asked should we be doing something as a community.

“So, we contacted different people in our network and asked if they wanted to do something and out of that came the Leeds Irish Communities initiative.”

I hope they find this man and charge him with murder:

A railway ticket office worker (Victoria station, London) has died with coronavirus after being spat at by a man who claimed he had Covid-19.
