Shaun Brown's belongings were found by a dog walker on the day he went missing, but no trace of him has been found since.

I'm having trouble finding the belongings location, can someone help me out with co-ordinates?

I can provide this. I have had contact with Shuans sister. It won’t let me post the map pin as file 2 big. If you go over the footbridge at Sampson’s farm and up 1 field, it’s the next footbridge.

Yes i was keen on this, i did ask her how far was this from either Sampsons bridge or is it in Teigngrace ? Unfortunately i got no reply. From memory it was a shadowy figure going past with no details visible being so dark. It was never released, not even the location but due to the time corresponds well with the time Shaun was about and how few people are about that time in the morning, it was likely to be Shaun. I would love to search for Shaun, i even have areas where i would want to search.

Ah well no biggie, I was just trying to get all the fragments that I could. There is not much to go on. I’m going to go work on another case now (I only do one or two at a time).
I do have some suggestions that might help the family get some closure and since you seem to be in touch I’ll leave them here.
1. You could let the family know that there are a number of volunteers like us who can offer assistance in putting together the pieces.
2. There are a number of missing persons organizations in the UK, that can do things like create an on-line search area map, regular publicity, a dedicated FB page, and act as a buffer between the family and hundreds of questions and comments.
3. There are a number of kayaking organizations on the Teign and I believe they do go up as far as that footbridge and beyond - they could be informed and asked to keep an eye out.
