"Colombian defendant has told a court
that one of the men
shared intimate videos without his consent.

He said Mr Alfonso had asked him to sign a document
so that he would have his consent to store videos on his computer,
but not to share them.

Mosquera insisted that it was Mr Alfonso who killed Mr Longworth,
and said he heard them fighting.

He claimed Mr Alfonso had a long shower and later removed Mr Longworth’s body.

The trial continues."

A jury has retired in the trial of a man who is accused of killing two people...

Mosquera’s actions after stabbing Mr Alfonso, including singing and dancing, could have been an outburst as he had been overwhelmed by all that had happened to him, his defence counsel suggested.

I do not think it will take too long before a verdict is given.

That is a long wait. Pity we cannot deport him to do his sentence in his home country I do not think their prisons are as cushy as ours.

It says they have ordered a psychiatric report. I fully agree with you.

I hope his defence are not pushing to get him admitted to Broadmoor.
He knew exactly what he was doing and was interested in their money before he even entered the country. .

CCTV released after Mosquera was convicted of both murders today offers the clearest timeline yet of his calculated plot to cover his tracks before he was arrested outside Bristol Temple Meads station following a police manhunt.

A camera, set up in Mr Alfonso's room to record their sex session, shows Mosquera's twisted reaction to murdering his second victim of the day.

Casually walking across the bedroom, he rips off a face mask and gloves before he starts singing and dancing 'in elation' with his arms and hands visibly covered in blood.

He then threw a towel over the body and made his way to his victim's computer, accessing his online banking and withdrawing cash with his card in the early hours of the morning.

In a bid to cover his tracks, he cut off his victims' heads and hid them in a chest freezer at their flat where he had been staying.

What an absolutely mental story this one has been!

He said: "I am not going to pass sentence on you today, although the only one I can pass on you is one of life imprisonment.

"I am going to order a psychiatric report on you. It is in your interests to cooperate with the psychiatrist so that I can decide the minimum term you are going to serve."

The judge also turned to the jury and said: "I want a psychiatric report on this man. I want to know if there is anything in this case going on that we do not know about."

I think it is painfully obvious what was going one .I very much hope the judge will not be looking for any reason to reduce his sentence.

Mosquera's victims were 62-year-old Albert Alfonso and his civil partner, 71-year-old Paul Longworth. It is believed that Mosquera, a 35-year-old who worked in the adult film industry, first met Mr Alfonso online.

Mosquera had been sharing paid sexual content of himself online for more than a decade, a jury heard.

Mosquera repeatedly tried to find the price of the couple's property in Scotts Road, Shepherd's Bush, and stole money from Mr Alfonso after murdering him.

Jesus wept.

I’m surprised the couple got so involved with a stranger, I guess he wormed his way in after initial contact on line.
