I like the idea of indeterminate sentences for child abuse and sex crimes. It would have saved some lives in high profile cases (like the Groene/Duncan case) if we had them in the US.

the only problem i have with indeterminate sentences is there always seems to be someone who doesn't see things the way i do who will spend time trying to free these 'people'.

OMG I shouldn't have read the first of the thread. It may haunt me the rest of my life. Without reading more I say they should give this monster the death penalty after torturing him to reveal any whereabouts of the other monsters in the videos.
