Yes we know it is him in the link however he had no identification on him so he is unclaimed and unidentified in France until someone can formally identify him and claim the body unless we get the fingerprints from Ireland

Thanks for the help. We tried contacting the Irish police and nothing was done. We sent emails same result. This X Male was never identified, DNA sample taken for cross reference against any databases.
obstacle médico-légal was initiated. We are sure it is him but to date no formal identification is made and without it we cannot proceed with respecting his rights.

he's originally from French Town in Trinidad and tobago if this helps (according to some info available online)
