You know, when he said he would "eat them himself" what ran through my mind, was that he could claim that this purchase was for his own consumption and not for resale.

Can you still be charged with trafficing(sp?) if you are buying drugs for yourself only?

All you need is actual or constructive possession to get the trafficking charge. It is one of the things listed in the warrants.

Constructive possession is a legal theory used to extend possession to situations where a person has no hands-on custody of an object. Most courts say that constructive possession, also sometimes called "possession in law," exists where a person has knowledge of an object plus the ability to control the object, even if the person has no physical contact with it

If I'm not mistaken, anything over a certain amount/quantity is considered trafficking.

I wonder if these people swallow, snort, smoke, chew or inject the pills? or all the previous
They can do their drugs as many ways as Waffle House can do hashbrowns.

Seriously though, the types of drugs they were selling were most likely eaten.

I the 2nd recording from the UC footage I posted I noticed RC say something along the line of he would pay for them himself and eat them all (This just makes me sick )

I wonder what NG and his momma will think of that

So after this all went down if the early retirement plan hadn't been activated where were all these drugs going to be stored?
Was RC and JR living with GGS? Was MC taking them to store them?
Both locations have children living there. I think there should be more than
trafficking charges. This makes me sick.

Watching Ronald in these undercover vids, I'm rolling my eyes and shaking my head. He speaks of his missing daughter so casually, as if she's away at summer camp.
I know that on this site we have many moms and dads who have lost a child, whether through death or other situations. I've read your accounts and have felt your pain, no matter how much time has passed since you lost your child.
You are the people who can best judge Ronald's post disappearing actions and behavior. I am stumbling in the dark, because fortunately I have not experienced the horror of losing a child.
I can only come up with one thought summing up Ronald's behavior about his Haleigh being missing. That is, that he is content in her missing because he KNOWS what happened to her. Or, the drugs he sells and takes allow him to gloss over the loss of his daughter. That's how it appears to me.
Those of you here who have spent night after night and day after day with the hurt, pain and agony in your heart after having your child taken from you, could I ask you to please take the time to share your thoughts about Ronald and what you see in these videos when he speaks of his missing daughter? Thank you.
I agree with you about the drugs glossing over feelings. Do you remember how utterly STONED Patsy Ramsey always looked? I don't think she ever showed a genuine & sober emotion, after her daughter's death. Her drugs were probably all prescribed, where as these 2 are useing for recreation. But the effect is still the same-numbed emotions. But if we had seen Patsy Ramsey locked up & drug free, she would've acted differently than these 2, I think, but maybe not. Maybe after awhile, the drugs actually KILL the emotion.

Misty claims they left some sort of werk to show up-- I suspect that was probably with or for Katrina's tree service... so that could be why Katrina's car was involved. Mebbe Misty caught a ride up to the store from Tina to meet up with Ron, who was in his own veh, and the UC who was in another?

Regarding the purse:that big old white purse is the one that she carried when Ron got bailed out from Ratgate... I recall thinking that it looked like it belonged to GGS. Misty was quite the vagabond in Dec. and Jan. though, perhaps she toted more than one bag? Like a gym bag/backpack with clothes and stuff that could have been left in Tina's veh?

Also, Misty, a white purse in January? Reallly?

When she refers to the work--she says they both have to get back....odd as she told the judge she was relying on her parents (cough) so were they both working under the table? I wonder if this were Katrina, if employing both, is she gonna be or has been interviewed...? I wonder if Hope isn't gonna be a larger piece of this puzzle...just so much to assimilate..

(I don't have a link for this, just so you know.)

Ronald and his oldest son had not been living w/Annette for weeks, possibly a few months.

I have to wonder why (or maybe if) the u/c guy didn't ask what happened to her. Heck, even a druggie would ask a basic question like that, imo. [Maybe especially a druggie dealer. GOOJF card, ya know?]

Actually, I took the job reference as another drug deal, but I could be wrong. There was something in Misty's tone that just didn't sound like she was talking about a regular job.

I'd say from all I have seen...I too could barf...

We have MC complaining how Haleigh effed up her 17th bday...Well what about Haleigh's sixth birthday--her 7th and so on...I have never seen more selfish people I don't think anyway....

And re Ron saying he'd eat them...I would stake my "farm" on the fact that he's been eating drugs in some fashion for decades....

There is NO doubt these arrests were done to gain info about Haleigh...drugs have to be part of her disappearance and I can usually muster empathy for most people--am very forgiving--but these two leave me COLD...JMO etc...:banghead:

on the Levi thread (one of them) a local stated they were back with AS for about a week or week and a half....I don't have a clue aside from the fact that Jr is away from these people...and that may just be the best thing that happened to give him a chance...

I thought I heard Misty say that they had to pick Jr. up on San Mateo? In that video where they move over to spinners. Did anyone else catch that?

It would make sense if there was another place they were staying in that CJ said on Levi that the night of the road rage they were fighting over Ron's desire to leave Jr. Alone for a little while. I'm on scanner duty but will go back and listen again in a bit.

Yes I heard that also.
Thankfully they didn't have them with him at the drug deals!!!

The Stay and Play is in San Mateo, Grandma....so think you are right.

Before the drug bust, I thought Misty was the hard core addict and Ron wasn't so much. I guess "eating that number of pills" qualifies one for drug addict status.

Good question LFlorida. My guess would be UC would be tempted to ask, but I think if he went deep into discussion and questions about Haleigh, he would blow his cover. I think he had to stick strickly to the process of the "drug deal," and not tip his hand and alarm Ron and Misty. jmo of course.

This is interesting...Ron OPENED the door for a convo about Haleigh...but from what I have seen...the UC guy is a hero in my book....and maybe just maybe he was under strict directives to just play the drug angle...

At the first of the video where they get busted Misty gets in the car with the UC and says did you see my brother, he was just in the store. Now if Katrina was there that would make 2 of the Croslin's Clan and 2 of the Cummings clan. Weird stuff.

  • #359
Misty also said I know that woman but I don't know who it is. So I'm thinking there was a female detective that she recognized but couldn't place how she knew her. She was probably watching from the store parking lot or entrance to the store in case they decided to go inside the store.

I like the way the UC persuaded her that this wasn't going down inside the store and said no let's go somewhere else.

If I were buying pills I think I might get suspicious if they were all packed up in little baggies of 10...I was wondering how MC counted them so fast.

This applies to a couple of comments, not necessarily just this one but anyway... if they were all bagged up in this manner wouldn't it imply "intent to distribute'? I think thats how it works with marijuana anyway.
(pre-bagged = intent)
I did hear RC say that he could have the money in 2 weeks to eat them all himself so, I don't know...
