I wonder if that is the cross and chain we see Ronnie wearing in the video is the one he wanted in jail?

I am thinking it is. I thought I had seen pictures of Ron earlier last year with this chain on. It must have some significance to him...but I don't see where any Christianity will fit in with him having it. He had it on to sell drugs, and that is not something a true Christian would do IMO.

I have wondered about that chain and cross in the past. To me it looks to be real gold and heavy, my hubby has one a bit smaller and it cost him over $1200.00. Where would Ron of gotten the money to buy it? That is what I thought back then. :waitasec:Now I wonder what else it signifies to him.

I remember Misty saying (in jail) that she gave her scripts, from the Dr., to Ron. She had a supply from Doctors, possibly more than one. Of course, you can only take what Misty says with a grain of salt. I bet they both took their share of dope and even managed to scrounge enough to sell. I have the very strong feeling that they are both very addicted to opiates. I wonder how they are enjoying sobriety ?

After rewatching the video of Ron and his statement about "dope boys don't take kids, its not like that." I have had a few thoughts about that statement and to me that statement is very telling I would like to see the whole conversation but here is what I got from the statement. First he is acknowledging the fact that he was doing this back when Haleigh went missing which we all heard rumors of. Second, he can not say that he was selling to get his enemies close to find Haleigh, because he admits that "dope boys, don't do that". and last him stating this means he knows that Haleigh wasn't taken by dope boys so therefore he has to know what happened to be able to make that statement so matter of fact.
Just my observations about that, like I said I want to see the whole conversation I think it is very telling.

She was counting 10,20,30, etc.

Not to mention bringing his precious daughter's name into the middle of a drug deal. No respect for her memory at all, imo.

He pimps out Haleigh's name and uses her tragedy to his advantage. Sometimes it werks for him and he gets free stuff.

I am loathe to post this...LOL...we have security but my seriously handicapped parent gets 100 vicodin monthly..plus percocet and zanex monthly...she is of the "depression" mindset so everything MUST get picked up in addition to copious amounts of coumadin and lasix and whatever....I used to flush the extras...now I crush them and mix 'em with whatever to throw them away...I have severe arthritis but I take motrin, rarely vicoprophen and don't like the narcotics...and prednisone drove me out of my mind...but for her...vicodin is really all she can take given heart meds and contraindications, coumadin,topril and digoxin etc...she can't take nsaids...so *IF* I were a druggie, I'd have lots of pills to sell..her doc knows us all well so he prescribes as there is NO abuse...there are legit reasons to get these meds...JMO...

Often dealers and/or abusers will befriend elderly people or those with serious health issues who have access to lots of meds and who need to supplement their income. Happens all the time.

Nice.... Misty uses racial slurs too. At the 44 second mark she refers to Spinners as a "little chink store" right down the road. She needs a good smack in the teeth, among other things...
