Police say man killed Utah girl after she refused to have sex with him
IMO, they are looking for a third person. And the witness needs to face an oj charge or something. AK was still alive when these guys carried her out of the house.

Just hours after a Draper teen disappeared from her home, three men were spotted returning to a Salt Lake Valley home covered in blood, police allege.
On Saturday, a new probable cause statement released by the Salt Lake County jail indicated police linked the blood on their clothes to that of 15-year-old Anne Kasprzak, whose body was found in the Jordan River on March 11.
Why didn't that witness call police? She had to have known they were going to kill her, they left with her in a tarp!!
I hope she never regained consciousness before they killed her.
Is this witness one of her friends? Or a girlfriend of one of these guys?
if she was in a tarp, I'm sure the witness thought she was likely already dead. I think we need to be careful about hanging witnesses who come forward and give information that leads to the arrests.

Investigators say Kazprzak was at Ferry's house, 9997 S. Poppy Lane (865 East), with several other people, including Ferry, when she rejected his sexual advances. Ferry reacted by smashing her head into a wall, according to a search warrant filed in the case.
Ferry and two others then wrapped her in a tarp, carried her to a car, took her to the Jordan River Parkway, beat her to death as well as to the point of her face being unrecognizable, and tossed her body in the Jordan River, according to court documents.
One of her sneakers, with blood on it, was found later that day on March 11 on a foot bridge near 12600 South along the Jordan River Parkway Trail.
According to the newly released search warrant, after Kasprzak apparently had some sexual contact with another person, Ferry told her, "It’s my turn," to which Kasprzak said, "No."
Ferry then "took the victim by the head and smashed her head into the wall," the warrant states. Ferry, along with Vehekite and a third person with the initials L.J., "moved the victim into the garage of the home" and "helped change her clothes, put her on a tarp and wrapped her up," according to the search warrant.
The group put Kasprzak in the back seat of a white Chevrolet Suburban and drove off. About two hours later, all three allegedly came back to the house covered in blood. When asked what happened, Ferry said "she went swimming” and “put up one hell of a fight," the warrant states.
