The t-shirt in this pic looks a lot like one I've only been able to find for sale on ebay.

Compare it to the pic Tricia posted. The difference is the area to the right of the eagle and under its left wing. I've outlined that area.

With that said... if you look at the ebay t-shirt above, that area has a brownish tint. PERHAPS the camera picked up the brown, darkening it, and softening the stripes, so that that rectangular area appears to be a brown shape.

It’s possible he picked up the shirt at Goodwill or a second hand shop, thinking people who knows him well wouldn’t think that it is him.

We tend to wear clothes we like repeatedly and he didn't want anyone to recognize a shirt he often wears. He could have thought “anyone who knows me knows I would never wear this shirt”.

Now I do see something to the left of his body at the back.

I think the person is wearing some kind of pack on his back that has black shoulder straps and that is likely what you are seeing.

There is something odd or off with the shoulders that looks square. Between shoulders and neck. A backpack maybe?

I'd put money on it !

Fingers crossed they nab the perp soon.
I want to see the murderers' face with him knowing he's facing hard time or even Utah's ultimate penalty.

That was my initial impression as well, especially in the photograph taken from the side rather than the front.

I thought so too. But then I looked again and he looked younger. Weird.

I think basically from that image you can't really tell. His weight is definitely low though. IMO.

That clip from the video footage is grainy, but someone must have a good idea about who that is.
Maybe if they showed the video with him moving up the stairs it could help jog someone's memory ?
Sometimes people walk on a level surface or up/down stairs with a certain gait.
Imo.

That's just never happened. I remember people saying the same thing about the murder committed by Luigi Mangione, before he was identified.

This was sloppy as hell.

He was either aiming for his head and shot low, or aiming for his chest and shot high. He left a palm print, shoe prints, and almost certainly his DNA. He dumped the gun like an amateur, leaving behind a goldmine for investigators.

I agree on the timing regarding an arrest, but I'm convinced this is going to be a lone wolf with his own grievance.

So its not possible this was an expert marksman who aimed for his jugular and it was a perfect hit?

My initial thought was whoever it was was aiming for his throat to make a point about silencing him but definitely it was not the work of a pro, a pro leaves behind no traces or clues and certainly doesn’t discard their weapon like that and leave their face on CCTV

Unless someone wanted the pro to leave evidence with someone else’s dna on it?
