It looks like he may have used the towel that the gun was found wrapped in to conceal the weapon as he was jumping off the roof and getting away from the scene.

There are 7000 tips. I am sure a lot of people want to talk. It could take weeks, months to really follow up on 7000 tips. And yet, they have a name. They just need help knowing where he is hiding, hence the reward of $100,000.None of this makes any sense. There were over 3,000 people there, and there is no video or interviews from any of the attendees who saw the man on the roof. The man apparently gets up on the roof and disappears without anyone noticing (allegedly caught on camera though). He hits Charlie Kirk with a single bullet. That is not the behavior of an amateur.
But then he just leaves his weapon and other evidence in the woods? And supposedly engraves the bullets. Also, the inital description of the perp doesn't match what is now being released. This is inconsistent with the behavior above.
I think that this is going to end just like JFK's assassination. There won't be any resolution, and anyone who attempts to point out inconsistencies will be labeled a conspiracy theorist. Plus, much like when a spouse is murdered, the other spouse is statistically the party responsible. Since this was a political assassination, I think that the likely suspects are applicable here.
