We have a graphic which shows the Utah Valley university campus, where Charlie Kirk was killed in a shooting yesterday.

The Google Earth view shows the potential escape route on an elevated walkway.

Graphic showing Utah Valley university campus and location of Charlie Kirk murder.

Who is "We"? I think he was running toward Campus Drive, the corner of the building. He may have injured his knee or ankle jumping from the roof, which, on street view (looking at that location), appears to be a little over 1 story high, guessing 11-13 feet.

Eta. I see I'm too late. Photo now of him dropping off corner

Do you have a link for this, please?
I just watched the presser right here. On my end, the mic was loud. I heard the guys discussing things and I hoped they wouldn’t say anything they shouldn’t. It all went fine. At the end after the officials walked out, the mic was still on and it happened just as I said. turn it up and go stay with it till it cuts off at the end. someone, a guys voice, asks another about the name. he said they decided not to release it. he didnt know why.
I am sure they have their reasons.

Yes one of the people at the presser was speaking to someone after. the mic picked it up. He said they have a name but they aren’t ready to release it.
it is the person incinerating their Converse sneakers after the press conference

He was lucky nobody saw him jumping off the roof. It looks like not one person was in the parking lot.
There were a couple of people walking. This was the other side of that building I guess, so the panic on the tent side was not yet evident.

I suspect most of those tips are not from eye witnesses. They are from people all over the country and world saying that the released pictures look like their neighbor, co-worker, etc. In other recent assassination attempts (of others), there were several witnesses who had their own videos and eyewitness statements as soon as the event occurred. That's just very different from what we are currently seeing.
I am basing my thoughts on the Abbey/Libby case in Indiana. they had so many tips to go through. I think they could have had the guy a lot sooner. he was right under their nose.

I wonder if any nearby Teslas got him on video without realizing it

Insignia on cap looks triangular-Adidas?? Also when climbing down from roof he appears to hang from roof with left arm and leans to put left leg down first but his torso sways to right. Wonder if he is left handed

Is that model of weapon easy to break down?
If so, I would imagine that it takes a lot of practice to get it done so quickly.
This guy may be young, but he sure seems to be a talented assassin.
IMO.
Could be completely wrong but looking at the pic of the firearm recovered it looks like a typical hunting rifle and not a takedown gun. The receiver looks solid in the picture. I doubt it can be broken down that easily

Too bad he didn't sprain his ankle from that jump.
Darn.....
A pretty ballsey move, but please know that I am not praising this murderer !
Imo.
Makes me wonder if that video of him limping that was "before" was really after an he did hurt himself in that jump down.

It also makes me wonder if that was the planned exit? That is a big jump so why would he risk getting hurt to escape like that?

Authorities have “no idea” whether the suspect in Charlie Kirk’s shooting is still in Utah or across state lines, Utah Department of Public Safety Commissioner Beau Mason told NBC News in an interview today.

“We have no idea,” Mason told an NBC News correspondent when asked whether Kirk’s suspected shooter may still be close to the site of the shooting or even within state lines.

“We’re exploring leads for individuals that live close by,” he continued. “We literally have persons of interest, tips coming in on the tip line, that are spanning far and wide.”

Really wondering what he did with the gun while he was escaping. Obviously took it off the roof with him since it was found in the woods. Did he just stuff it down his pants? No clue how he would be running like that and how it wouldn’t have just fallen out. But that backpack definitely looks too small for that gun
possible he retrieved it later? maybe threw it down and retrieved it after dark? I don't see it on him and he needed both hands dropping off the building but returning would seem dangerous for him. Is he a local hiding in plain sight?

It's great LE is putting this information out to the public. The public will solve this case, imo.
Someone knows who this person is; and the FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 ...

Are you thinking this means that the FBI is trying to lure or coax someone who's hiding him into giving up his current whereabouts?...

Because if they know his name, he shouldn't be that tough to be found unless he's being sheltered someplace unexpected the FBI can't trace a name and face down to, IMO.

I don’t think it took them that long to find the rifle in the woods though. Wasn’t it located within an hour or two afterwards?

Anybody tip le about the hat? I think somebody several pages back correctly identified it.

Regarding the two photos released of a person FBI identified as a "person of interest":
View attachment 614030In the front facing photo, it appeared to me that a small rectangle was blurred which included the right end of the person's mouth and upper neck. Could that mean this person has some distinctive mark there (a tattoo, current acne) and the FBI is currently withholding that information because it will be useful to include/eliminate a person as a suspect?

In that same photo, under the bill of the hat, I think I may possibly see long blonde bangs to one side (above his right eye), but it may just be that I am seeing shadows or highlights in the photo. In the photo from the side, the person appears to have dark hair at the sideburns and in the back.

Link to source of photos:
He may have something concealed down his right arm And possibly a slim backpack under his shirt.

I wonder if they are concerned that people will harm him if a name is released? They really want to control what they can I would think. This is so high profile that having a name out there could put more people at risk. I think they will have him tomorrow. IMO

it looks like the roof of that building is covered in loose pebbles. I doubt anyone is ever up there raking, but there really doesn’t appear to be any disturbances/prints in those pebbles beyond those caused by him yesterday. What I am saying is this means he probably did not physically practice his route before he did it, which is wild - especially considering he had to go spider man mode to escape off the roof

To me, it kind of looked like he had hidden something under his shirt down his right arm, when in the stairwell.
