The Tooele City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 31 year old Heather Fullmer, who was reported missing and endangered on 10/14/19. Ms. Fullmer is 5’06” and 120 pounds. She has green eyes and brown hair. Ms. Fullmer has a tattoo on her left side that says Roxanne Johanna 5/4/71-2/16/01. Ms. Fullmer was last reported to be seen in Utah County. Ms. Fullmer has several medical conditions which is why she is listed as endangered.

Missing Tooele woman, Heather Fullmer has been found per Tooele City Police. She was located around noon after a tip was given to PD. She’s safe and alive. No other details at this time.
