WAIT.
AS (KR’s BFF) just testified that ER put weed gummies in KRs bag during a trip to Mexico, and she didn’t know. And it ER thought it was funny bc she didn’t know and could get in trouble, correct?

Page 2 of the Walk the Dog letter (this hasn’t been introduced into evidence yet, so skip if you want to wait until then);
“When they traveled, ER would put his drugs in KRs bag at the airline right before they boarded. That way, if they got caught, KR would get in trouble, not him. Once they got to wherever they were going, ER would pull the drugs out of her bag and it would cause a huge fight. She was pissed he would risk her going to jail for his drug use. He just would laugh about it”

ETA: at 6:47:50, Bloodworth asks on redirect if it was funny bc KR didn’t know and could get caught. AS asks him to restate then says it was funny bc she didn’t know. Bloodworth moves on. I wonder if he’s going to see how many of KR’s witnesses say something similar…..

The source of the gummies line of questioning isn’t working out well for the defense.
Does the defense not know you buy them in the legal dispensaries?
The questioning is like she’s asking a teenager where they bought alcohol or vapes, these are all adults over 21

bbm

it takes a person who is more grown-up than average to be totally fair about something like that, and take responsibility for their behavior.

IMO, it is fair to say KR has shown us she is less grown-up and responsible than the average person.
lol, i just learned she racked up $7.5 million in debt. that's impressive in a way.

The defense is definitely trying to get KR’s testimony on record through other witnesses. IDK if they realize they’re weakening any future arguments about KR writing a “fictional novel”.

So the walk the dog letter was a work of fiction that aligned with witness testimony by happenstance?

So she’s psychic now?
I mean… her boyfriend did say they spoke about deep, supernatural things in the mountains.

But if that’s the kind of crap they want the jury to believe, they could’ve just said that aliens poisoned Eric and then mind-erased KR to forget (Men in Black style) before they fled in their UFO. The two scenarios are equally believable.

Guys, I've been going through today's posts and the testimony, and -- I hate to say this, but -- I'm starting to think she might be guilty. 😞

How did ER die from fentanyl laced gummies without having THC in his system?
FWIW: Do you believe this report?

Another common way to ingest cannabis is through baking it into foods, creating ‘edibles’. If, for some reason, fentanyl was added to edibles, the liver would need to break down the food first. This process is slow, and the body will naturally gradually break down the contents of the food for a lower exposure over time. After being broken down by the liver, the likelihood that any fentanyl would reach the brain/opioid receptors is very low

If this is true , why not have a medical expert (or whatever expert could verify this) testify.

I think the friend's.

They were being lied to but I'm questioning all of their judgment.

Hang up already. (Glad this call was recorded and saved, however.)

I wonder who recorded it? I'm guessing Bryce, must not have trusted her at that point.

I was watching grizzly and she said that Kouri recorded it and it backfired. I’m not sure how she knows though.
One of those calls ( i think the 2nd one) Kouri said she didnt answer cause her phone was dead or the ringer was off, something like that. Probably didnt answer on purpose so she could set it up to record when she called him back.

Eric jokingly told BFF and other friends that Kouri had tried to poison him. We all teased Kouri about it. She laughed about it, we all laughed.

Of course in mixed company, ER wouldn't let on about his suspicion. But we know he was probably not laughing that day as he had that somber talk with his buddy Joshua.

I think the first call went ok, he wasnt against her, so she recorded the 2nd call to capture his support. Instead it showed how manipulative she was , she told him she didnt care about the money, she took 250k and turned into 11 million worth of property, she owns 12 houses now that are almost all paid off. Okay, whatever you say Pinocchio.🤥

He may have been thinking that raising the subject like that as a joke with friends would make Kouri back off.

It was Kouri. Bryce was at the airport, at the beginning of the call he mentions he is at work at his airport job. Additonally, CB was at Kouri's house, and the call was on speakerphone which is how they were both on it.

She recorded the call to the ME, also.

You also see her foot in the recording, and the feet of her friend.

It strikes me as odd that Kouri and Eric would celebrate the mansion closure the night preceding it. Wouldn't most people toast afterward?

Yes, after Chelsea.

3:23 p.m. Next witness is Allie Staking. She grew up with Kouri. They met in junior high school. Allie says she is one of Kouri’s best friends. They attended a Finding True Self retreat in Sedona, Arizona, in February 2021. As part of the retreat, each of them completed an assignment in which they wrote their life story in third person.

I was being facetious.

He didn't ingest gummies.

No gummies were ever laced with fentanyl.

ER didn't die of drugs he brought home from Mexico in KR's suitcase.

Despite his questionable memory, RC supplied CL with fentanyl for KR who intentionally murdered ER with it.

I don't know how she served it to ER but no THC, no gummies.

ER wasn't walking with 5x a legal dose of fentanyl. IMO he was in bed when she dosed and murdered him.

Plus Seroquel -- this was intentional, was she giving him that in the days prior then switched to the fentanyl? Defense suggested the Seroquel came second which suggests to me it came first. I don't know why or how but it was deliberate so it served some purpose for KR.
