LE would have found him much quicker.
AJ is really not very sophisticated or smart, he could have done several things to have made him harder to find.
Shudder.
LE would have found him much quicker.
I guess you misinterpreted my question or i didn't express myself clearly... Please bear with me... What if ML had someone waiting for her at the airport? What if it was not a pleasant surprise? What if that person followed her? What if she turned her phone off because that person wouldn't stop calling her? What if that person followed ML and AA to his house? It's a plausible possibility...Yes, but the poster I was trying to respond to was asking what happened to the missing time since it should have only taken 11 min to get to the park, so I was responding to that post.
So. Let’s say she didn’t go to the park at 3am but just took the Lyft to his house. How would that have changed things?

Random thoughts...
- “AJ is being crucified already,” she said.
- No. Mackenzie Lueck was crucified.
- “There is no way you can watch all this that`s being said about your loving son and you be able to be at peace,” said Fashakin.
- Mrs. Ajayi's son has made her a victim, not the media.
- The family is afraid judgments are being made based on a limited amount of evidence revealed by police.
- You betcha judgments are being made but they are not based on a limited amount of evidence. Read up, lady...
- “There is no way AJ can get a fair trial in Utah considering the racial disparity over there,” said Fashakin.
- Perhaps someone should convince him to man up and plead guilty?
It was have been seen on camera, since LE knows her movements via airport cameras and also her phone. There would have been a phone log trail of another person contacting her and that isn't the case, based on LE release of the cell info.I guess you misinterpreted my question or i didn't express myself clearly... I asked that question... I said "it only takes 11 minutes" and not that " it only took 11 minutes"... I don't know how long it took ML's ride. The reason i wondered what happened in between was because someone posted an article that said ML texted her mother at 1 am and that ML was seen leaving the airport at 2 am. I guess the media can say whatever they want...
I'm sorry but i don't know how to insert a screenshot.

I'm not saying they don't have the right person... Even with security cameras anyone could have followed her without being noticed. Anyways it was just a thought based on a timeline that apparently is not correct. No, it isn't possible. With security cams at the airport, LE would have been on that. They have the right person.
I saw this coming. Another repeat of OJ trial blame the victim. So from the last thread I see the new lawyer involved is already playing the race card. Classy.
I think the text messages between the perp and the victim show that he was definitely the one she was planning to meet. Apparently they were texting until the time she made contact with him and then her phone was abruptly turned of within one minute of her getting into the car. Is she actually his lawyer? I'm just catching up with all that and I wondered if AA's mother contacted her for help and she is just advocating for him or has she really been retained? So from the last thread I see the new lawyer involved is already playing the race card. Classy.
Someone posted the timeline again in the last few hours—either this thread or the last of the previous one.
I realize that mistaken times were out there in the media, but they’re off by an hour—the result of using Pacific Time to report when her mother, (on Pacific Time,) received her text.
I don't know for sure, but I'm thinking she is like a liason for his family - someone who knows both their language and also the U.S. legal system. I don't think she is actually HIS lawyer, as he already has one in SLC.Is she actually his lawyer? It is a shame when a terrible and violent crime is politicized and hamstringed by culture, race, gender, and class biases...So from the last thread I see the new lawyer involved is already playing the race card. Classy.
I'm sorry again for my stupid question and if it seemed i was taking sides or defending AA.
(...) In the still shots snatched from Salt Lake City International Airport videotape, Lueck is seen wearing a black backpack and carrying a stylish handbag as she exits the airport's departure area sometime after 2 a.m. on Monday, June 17. Lueck had arrived at the airport after attending a family funeral in California. She texted her mother at 1 a.m. Monday when she landed in Salt Lake City, according to CNN affiliate KSTU. (...)
Mackenzie Lueck: University of Utah student is missing after ride from airport - CNN
LE said that they had camera footage of her entire trip through the airport. Anyone interacting with her would have been noted.
How would that person get to his car and follow her? He’d have to rush to his car, and therefore wouldn’t even see that she took a Lyft, and in what direction. I think you’d have to postulate that he hid a tracking device in her purse.
They got her phone records. Anyone ‘who wouldn’t stop calling her,’ would show up in the records and LE, again, would have tracked him down.
So, what happens after he follows ML and AA? He kills ML, leaves AA unscathed, and after he walks away, AA just settles down to burn her body? Actually, has that ever been the defense of anyone—that someone else broke into their home, murdered someone in front of the homeowner, and that the homeowner disposed of the body? It’s several orders of magnitude more improbable than the old ‘it was an accident’ story.
All this my opinion only.
