No interrogations like that. He was first a poi. Very general questioning by LE, IMO, so as not to tip their hand. Then, he has a consultation with that blond lawyer. Her advice would have included don’t say anything else. He “lawyered up” from that point on. Once he said I want a lawyer, or I have a lawyer, they stopped questioning him. I don’t believe they have to read him his rights prior to arrest, to invoke the no more questions rule. Once he says that, it’s over.
Obviously, LE then thinks he’s the one. But still need evidence and plenty of it to pick him up and hold him. No bond? That’s serious. He’s a flight risk, for sure. Enough suspicion bc evidence sufficient to bring him in.
From there, dunno. Some days I wonder what he does in jail all day long...
