As far as I know, he’s not a citizen, just a green-card holder.
Okay, but that wasn't the point I was making. :)

Maybe they were melted or charred, but still identifiable as zip ties and rope.

That's what I'm thinking. I don't see how they could have stayed intact after being exposed to prolonged burning. Imo

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if that is exactly what happened. He was tired of being told "no," and when Kenzie said no he snapped and took out all his anger on her. Imo
I think he's been searching online for someone to hurt (and possibly film while doing it) and not being successful, the desire just kept building and building. I think the description of him being on a hunt is accurate.

In 2018, he told Stars Talent that he didn't have time for modeling anymore because he had a "big boy job." So, was this the big boy job? A contract employee at GS?

Ajayi was also a contract employee at Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake, where he worked in IT. He worked at Goldman for the contracted company from September 2017 through August 2018.

Or who did become victims but never reported.
Yes, I think this is a strong possibility. And some victims might not ever want to come forward. It's unfortunate, but I totally understand it.

ML was not his first victim and I don't think she was his second either. :(

But, there will be no more victims from his hands. Thank goodness!!

Yes, I understand. I don't think there is any doubt that she was bound by zip ties and rope. I'm just trying to make sense of how the plastic material and the rope did not burn at such extreme temperatures. The fire was hot enough and burned long enough to result in a charred body.
It could be that the plastic melted and then hardened again, remaining on her hands. They said her hands were bound behind her back with zip ties and rope, but I'm not sure they said she was found that way with them intact. It seems pretty amazing that the rope wouldn't burn up enough to come loose, or come off partially, unless it was made of nylon, I guess.

Anyway it probably doesn't matter, as either way her arms would stay in that position when burned, and just finding the remnants attached to her wrists would be evidence enough, that was the point I was trying to make.

Of course he could try to say he was burning other garbage, but I doubt there is any evidence of that, either.
I wasn't trying to imply that there was not rope or zip ties involved. Just that it's all they would need to come to that conclusion. Imo
I could be simply that he had her buried partially, or dug in, and there was not enough oxygen to get to that part of her body, because her arms would have been behind/underneath her. He may also have something on top of her making it even less likely to get to the under portion of her body. Or he just sucks so badly at covering a crime that he failed in this too for any number of reasons. With neighbors making remarks, he also might not have had her in the burn area for too long and may have tried to burn other items first. I honestly think he was so disorganized and frankly so lacking in smarts that anything could explain it. But, glad for her precious sake and the case being made that this kind of information was present.

I think she was probably laying on her hands with the rope and zip ties toward the ground. There's really no reason for her to be bound post-mortem but it makes perfect sense with regard to kidnapping, possible sexual assault, and murder. MOO

Kidnapping no question. But I also think it might be helpful when moving, loading, and unloading a body to/from vehicle trunk if arms are secured.

Has anyone shared the news story with genius trying to pick up women using the church directory yet? Sorry if we have already, I didn’t recall seeing this one here: https://ksltv.com/417600/ayoola-ajayi-the-online-persona/

That guy was relentless.

Wow, thanks for sharing, reading further on to the Immigration article, learned new employment details. Confirmed his Dell & Goldman Sachs positions and that he’s not been employed since July 2018.

I don’t think it mattered.

He could have wrapped her in a sheet or tarp, and carried her that way.

I doubt he carried her exposed and burned body in his bare hands.

I'm about 700 posts behind, so this has probably already been discussed, but wouldn't the zip ties and rope melt/burn if he tied her hands behind her back before he burned her? IMO he had to have done that after she was already dead and burned.
Good question if you look at it that way how did hair survive attached to scalp tissue.

True they might have broken into pieces charred as she was and left a trail.

Most criminals are not intelligent, it goes with it, and it is lucky that is the case.

He left muscle and a portion of her scalp in his backyard, and an electronic footprint all the way to his house and then to where the body was taken. I don't think he thought much about trails.

Maybe we could have one daily update post with the highlights of all posts. At 5:00 whatever zone is decided. Paragraph or so. Not like the beginning of each thread.

My question was about the part the media source states: "police (...) have not said if he (AA) was the person who picked her (ML) up at the park."

It sounded to me (as a non english native speaker) that they were implying that someone else might have picked her up. I got it right i guess... but as @ClaireNC said, it's sensationalism, and i now agree with her. After re-reading the article i found more misleading info.

I too have noticed that they have never placed him nor his car at the park, it almost seems as if they avoid doing so. They have placed his phone there. I keep it in the back of my mind. I do think it was likely him due to the contacts between them and the phone but I always try to remind myself in a case that what they don't say can be extremely significant and the park, the park, the park is the thing that still remains vague... Well many things do, for instance, we have no idea what if anything they found inside the house or garage, etc. We have no idea what they have found regarding his life, resources, activities, etc. They went back yesterday to the house... For what...?

Even though we have had many details shared, how they knew each other, for how long and what the relationship was is being held, the motive is being held, and the park information seems as well to be held (Lyft driver, details provided by him, so forth) and kept fairly vague. We now have some time frames at the park which, if anything, to me, leave it just as confusing... Maybe a one minute total time frame at best for all to happen...

I listened yesterday again to the reporter that talked to the "friend" who warned her about AJ and she stated that he said they knew each other before she went to California or were in contact at least (paraphrasing). It did not start while she was in CA, it was prior to even this funeral or trip, if one believes this guy and the reporter, and I see no reason not to at this point. This was not some find him that day as a sex connection/distraction just that particular day out of the blue, at least not imo. He was not some brand new contact for her...

I have not said much since the PC and charges yesterday, have just been reading and absorbing off and on... Just jumping off of your post to make a comment.

All jmo.

Lol I thought about that after I wrote it he has to be the stupidest murderer of the year or more.

Yep they all screw up eventually although Casey Anthony lucked out. Never could figure out how the Jury acquitted her. That was a shocker. No justice for little Caylee

I'm thinking she was wrapped tightly and placed. Then flammables put on top of her. They burned but not hot enough and only charred her before removing the body. We don't know if she was wrapped in anything when she was found. I suspect she was.

This sounds logical
