Hmmm who happens to be awake around 2:30 AM to text?
Me....hahaha. I suffer from insomnia sometimes. Also, college students prepping for midterms I imagine. Oh and menopausal women.............no need to say more. :-)

That would make sense for her to follow, given that she is grieving the loss of a close family member.
I don't see a grieving account but a rather racy account.

Are you certain the account is legit.

I can't count how many times days into an investigation we've been fooled with fake FB, Twitter, ING, etc. accounts!

really?
I haven't seen that happen once (being fooled by it)

But ONLY if those accounts/links have already been disclosed by MSM, right?

No, not usually, but this was a special case where they didn't want us outing her novababy acct until it was outed by MSM. Everything is out now, so we can discuss.

On my phone it says 626 and online it says 627. I think Instagram is just being a little glitchy.

Based on this and a few similar comments I’ve seen, it appears some people don’t realize just how active teens and young adults are when it comes to social media. LOTS of activity, at all hours. It’s not weird at all to have people texting at 2-3 am.

I don’t mean to be disrespectful to you, just pointing out that a generational gap may exist here. Lots of people send texts even when they know the other person is asleep, because they know the person will see it eventually and respond. And a lot of people just turn off their phone’s ringers while they sleep, so it doesn’t wake them up if someone messages them or other notifications come through.

Great idea! You all may have as many private conversations about as many topics as you wish. Just keep them private and don't discuss them here. I think you can invite 20 or 30 people to your private conversations.

Cough cough , I love to be in big crowds ( OK not really in person but here yes )

I can duplicate:
Taken at 5:18pm EST.

Blacked out to protect my friends privacy. Left unmarked if it’s a public figure.

Call the tip line ASAP. Anybody have the number handy?

MOO and pure speculation: Has the UNSUB gotten into her phone and accounts and done that follow because he, as her once-SD, got rid of her and so now technically he's not her daddy anymore? Is this a sick joke by a perp?????

Kenzie
I’m wondering if you follow someone whose account is private and then they unfollow you, maybe that would change how many you’re following? Or...you change your account to private, or delete it then it would change how many people you are following. Follow all that!o_O

I just followed her and duplicated the follow message from 4hrs ago.

ETA: Removed screenshot. Another poster has verified below.

I’m sorry, i don’t normally post here and just read so I’m not sure if this breaks any rules, just trying to help. I just took this screenshot myself. I left the time stamp for reference. I am in Eastern time zone. I am very familiar with how Instagram works and there are only a few scenarios of how this notification to show up.

1) someone with access to kenzie’s Account followed this account 3 hours from now. You can give apps permission to follow accounts on your behalf, for example, the app will follow any account on Instagram that posts a photo with a certain hashtag.

2) the account followed was previously private and Kenzie had requested to follow prior to disappearance. The fatherless account changed their settings to public 3 hours ago, which would instantly accept all pending follow requests made when the account was private. (Most likely)

I guess? But it’s an odd account to follow. Looks like a bunch of sad, grieving posts there from what I’ve seen so far.
Scroll to find the actual Fatherless username, not the hashtag.

No, if they are her accounts they can be linked.

The MSM requirement is to try to separate fact from rumors so it doesn’t apply to the SM accounts.

Convoluted, but I see what you mean. Great thought!
