One of the men listed for the house address provided here had a fairly extensive criminal history in the mid to late 90's. This is if the address is correct.

A business registered to that house is someone who works at Grifols. Could be a coincidence?
Was that her current job or the previous?

I hope the perp has been enduring heavy questioning for many many hours by now and we get an "arrest" update very very soon.

Chief said they are being very careful and want to everything right, (last thing they obviously want are any mistakes or cause for a compromised prosecution). Whatever’s going down we will not be in the dark that long, moo.

I heard earlier that a man (owner, I believe) lives upstairs and rents the basement as an AirBnB.
That’s correct. I just found it on airbnb

His car was the one police towed so I think it's a matter of time before he's named
If someone was renting the AirBnB basement, and that's whose car was towed, then it's not about owner of the house (?)

Big progress today. I am tired. Glad police expanded.

Thank you to everyone who has been extending their thoughts and love! I am utterly heartbroken and devastated by what I think this has the potential to be. It may seem small but I appreciate your comments and love. I fear I won't be getting too much sleep tonight.

My heart goes out to you and all of Kenzie's friends and loved ones.

Unfortunately we know that if there has been a fire, chances are good there will be bone fragments, etc.

1409degrees iirc??

I’m hoping if the fire was relayed to ML, it was her possessions.

The owners car was the one towed.

Why would anyone go through the hassle of pretending to be a sugar daddy, when they could easily just find some random woman on a dating app?
maybe they want to pretend they're someone they aren't? maybe they're just a total sociopath??
