If they did in fact know each other as has been speculated due to a job and she knew he had an Air B n B, I could see her asking. But it doesn't explain why the meeting for him to pick her up would be so far out of the way, especially considering the proximity of the house to the airport. It also doesn't explain why she wouldn't give anyone a head's up that she was crashing at a friend's place.

If a body had been burnt, there would be bones present, perhaps in garbage now, that has also been checked.
But this is days later, and has the significant garbage been removed.
LE will find sufficient evidence, at burn site, if this is the case.
Dogs present, would follow ML's journey, if at this house.
Wonder if K9 were brought in, for deceased odours.

An arrest, and a house being searched

This is false. There has been no arrest, and LE has named no suspect or POI at this time.

Search warrants were served, and house is still being searched and expected to continue through the night.

Police responded to a Fair Park residence on Wednesday, bringing in K9s and serving warrants, and confirmed at 10 p.m. that the investigation is related to missing University of Utah senior MacKenzie Lueck.

Fox 13 posted that person in custody was having trouble breathing, respiratory problems, in route to hospital now.

I hope he didn't attempt suicide in order to escape justice. Or fake a medical issue to get out of answering questions. MOO.
