This is just a less dynamic trial than we are accustomed to.

With the jurors being so close to the witness stand and the defense table, it gives them a better opportunity IMO to watch the demeanor and body language of the defendent as he hears the testimony right along with them.

I like that. If I was on the jury I'd like to see any, if any, reaction/s from the defendant.

It should be real interesting when the daughters testify against their father. Is the young daughter ( six years old at the time) testify to how she found her mom in the bath tub?

Can you imagine the callousness of Martin to allow his six year old child to 'discover' her mom? Awful man.
