DOCTOR McNeill is NOT a doctor damnit! Defense counsel should not be allowed to refer to the defendant as such. Dude's a fraud and was practicing without EVER going to medical school..

Maybe I'm wrong, I know he falsified records to get in, but didn't he complete med school?

Judge Derek Pullan - Presiding judge

Answering my own question, the lengthy article at http://m.deseretnews.com/article/70...cheles-death-accidental-or-was-it-murder.html states he had a semester of medical school in Mexico, moved around to several states, then earned his medical license in Utah. I read elsewhere that he had completed medical school and residency. Then he also did complete law school. However, from what I read, IIRC, he used forged docs to get into both. Stellar.

I think it is very likely because most doctors don't think anyone would have the chutzpah to try to impersonate a physician to another physician.

However, IIRC, MacNeill is a DO, Doctor of Osteopathy, correct? That is a "real" physician. They used to have inferior training, but for many years have been training at the same teaching hospitals as MDs.

It hasn't been that long ago that an underage (catch me if you can type IMO) young man was arrested for impersonating a medical professional in a hospital ER. He was, supposedly, pretty good with the patients.

And there was the guy ( I think he was from Canada) who faked his way into running a medical clinic as a MD. He wasn't very good with patients and someone blew the whistle on him. One of his fellow doctors testified at his trial and he was sent off for a few years. Fast forward, a few years later this witness doctor is at some doctor's get together and who does he see but this same fraud with a name tag on his lapel stating he is a doctor. He was running another med facility. :floorlaugh: (unless I'm the one being operated on!)

Someone straighten me out. I thought the person who killed himself od'ing on drugs and suffocation was MacNeill's son Damien? Not his brother?

Who names their kid 'Damien'? How could anyone NOT have seen at least one of the 'Omen' series of movies? He probably had a tough time in school because of that name...

Did you catch Doctor Welch's testimony yesterday. I liked how he referred to MacNeill not as 'Doctor MacNeill' but as the defendant. It chaffs me that some people in court are continuing the charade of MacNeill being anything other than a low down flim flamming grifter. I would prefer calling MacNeill by his prison I.D. number but I can't find it. Is 666 already taken?

I find that "thetawnidilly" channel on youtube usually posts within an hour or so of the testimony. Other good channels are "croakerqueen123" and "ladyjustice2188" for those of us who can't always watch live.

I found it strange when the defense asked the 2nd Dr about how N.M. lowered the prescriptions of the patients at the hospital he was working at. Not sure what their point was since it was N.M. who asked the plastic surgeon for more medications for his wife.

I think so too; very easy then to falsefy transcripts and such. He is such a low down fake; what a poser this guy is! And when I look into his eyes all I see is hatred. Hatred for the system hatred he is on trial; he deserves this so.

And what about the Warren Jeff's look alike; omg he must be related and I will stop there. He even has his cadence. But I did more than a double take when listening to him and watching his gestures, dear lord. Is he a cousin; or a direct brother of some kind? :blushing: I thought omg Jeffs is defending himself in court again...or something. lol. It's uncanny to me.
But then when you realize how many offspring this man produced; not so funny more like accurate gene pool to be his offspring in some manner? I DK
