Not meant as a criticism, but prosecutor appears inexperienced in basic direct examination

Dis-jointed questions, sorry hard to keep up here,lol.

First time poster - long time reader at WS. Not sure I'm posting correctly but can't stand it anymore - had to ask this - Is this prosecutor just out of law school? I've never seen anything like it before.

Agree. As I posted, he appears inexperienced. He should have been more prepared with his direct.

I think that's one of the biggest red flags. No one gets in that way. Not only is it just counter-intuitive, i.e. wrong, you couldn't lean back or lie down because of the faucet. And the slope would force your back into the faucet.

I can't even picture anyone all messed up on a bunch of drugs doing that. There's some thing that don't get messedf up when you are and getting in the bathtub the normal way is one of them.

Whitney Houston, enough drugs to die, still got in the tub the right way.

I don't think anythhig could change my mind on this aspect, she did not get in that tub by herself and she wasn't conscious when it happened.

If you want or need to heat up the tub water I'd rather my toes feel when the water is getting too hot versus a burn to my chest, neck or face. Thank you.

IMO it's like facing the tank when you're on the throne. No one does that. Notice on that tub in the court there looks like a depreciation in the fiberglass for where a pillow for a head or a head would lean against.

2. Was Martin on the phone while you were there?

answer - no

3. How did her shirt come off?

answer - (Sorry I missed it)

4. Where is the park in relation to the houses?

answer - In the middle of them..

5. Is that the park where you saw Jillian?

yes

6. Was Michelle's shirt wet?

answer - not that I recall

The case was closed for about a year and half until it was reopened on the insistence of some of Michele MacNeill's family members. Eventually, another medical examiner, Dr. Todd Grey, reviewed the case and determined Michele MacNeill died from "combined effects of heart disease and drug toxicity," but could not determine if Michele MacNeill's death was a homicide or natural.

Then, yet another doctor reviewed the case, Dr. Joshua Perper, who says Michele MacNeill died as a result of drowning, but he also couldn't determine whether she died as a result of an accident or whether it was a homicide
