Ok back to topic. He is indeed a scary <modsnip>. He has no emotions at all. Look at him on the defendant table, chill. As if he was a spectator only. But we know better. Even his children knew better. Tragically, Michelle did not

There was a live courtroom for about 3 minutes. An approach and then something was numbered 21. Then the judge stood at his desk writing something. Then the seal and jury brought in (I think). Court in session...Mr Daniels back on the stand.

Not the actual tub taken out of the McNeils home but the same model.

This witness is good.....he doesn't really bring much in the way of facts tho.....he shakes his head and shrugs his shoulders and says...."sure" alot!

Is the DA trying to impeach the witnesses because they do not remember every single detail, like the properties of mucus? IMO, so what if little details are not remembered. There was a medical emergency who is going to remember every little detail. DA needs to find a big lie to impress me.
