You are nice. I haven't eaten. I'd make him stick it to his forehead until he is dismissed. :floorlaugh:

Hi, everyone! :seeya: Kinda late- watching HLN :banghead:
When we went to school, they made the children stick the gum on their nose :floorlaugh:

Glad ya made it:seeya: Other than was has been posted on the thread really nothing earth shattering.
ETA: HLN has been running this mornings testimony.

Hey Bravo! Good to see you again :)

I read the thread and caught up. Sounds like it was a little more interesting today. I'll watch a replay of the testimony later.

So, is it becoming any clearer that Martin started undressing Michele as soon as Ada left the room? That is the conclusion I have come to, based on the fact that each progressive witness saw Michele with fewer clothes on.

The clothes part is so fishy to me.
You would think that he would've taken her top off first to do CPR better- not the bottom clothes.
Does anyone know if the protocol for CPR says to take off any clothes?

I don't think so.

And I don't think he was trying to save her life, so he wasn't concerned with protocol anyway.

I think he started removing clothing to make it appear that she was bathing -- to support his plan to push for a finding of accidental death.

Those were different times huh? Nowadays teachers are happy when no one brings a bazooka to school and I don't mean the bubble gum.

I had to try to give CPR one time and I didn't need to see the person's skin to tell where his heart should be. I did the compressions right thru his shirt. Now if I was attaching an EKG monitor I would need skin.

I don't think CPR had anything to do with the vanishing clothes. I think MacNeill rethought his 'she must have fallen into the tub and the top half of her ended up in the water where she drowned' wasn't as strong as 'she must have gotten ready to take a bath (nude) and od'ed while in the bath tub' would sound. I think after his morning alibi was established, he has a photo to prove it, he saw Michele was fully clothed and her body was in the water so he started pulling off her clothes. Who goes in the bathtub clothed? The pants and underwear were off and probably stashed in the laundry room washer. He had enough time to jog back to the master bathroom and pretend to be giving CPR.

If I was to preform CPR I wouldn't take the time to remove clothing. I am certified and to date have not had to do it. As long as the clothing is light enough to landmark I wouldn't take the time. IMO

I had commented before I saw your comment. I think I'm on the same page with you as far as why the little girl saw tops and bottoms on her mom and the next door neighbors when they arrived to help saw only tops and then later only white top.

He misjudged how quickly his six year old would be able to summon help IMO.

But that's so stupid of him. People were coming in and out of the bathroom and would've seen clothes, little amt of clothes, or no clothes. Staging by him was dumb. He should've thought of that before he sent his daughter in or called for the neighbors. Stupid- even I would've been smarter. I'm no killer and killers always think they're smarter than anyone else, but he was real dumb- pftttt.

The defense is really reaching with the drug tolerance issue. imo

My feed cut out for a few...

I hope the prosecution jumps on this. Let the defense have their way. The difference between being prescribed these drugs in 2003 or whenever it was and now - Is they probably weren't fed to her like they were before she died!

Or did I miss something when the feed cut out? :waitasec:

Were these drugs given for other surgeries?

Also, didn't martin have to give michelle the meds since her eyes were bandaged?
