I hope the prosecution jumps on this. Let the defense have their way. The difference between being prescribed these drugs in 2003 or whenever it was and now - Is they probably weren't fed to her like they were before she died!

Not to mention 1 rx for vicodin in 2006 is not going to affect how someone responds to all the drugs she was given when this happened.

Also, didn't martin have to give michelle the meds since her eyes were bandaged?

He was giving her various medicines to the point that he admitted he may have overdosed her when daughter, Elizabeth, accused him of it. Michele was so worried she asked her daughter to give her one of each medicines so she could feel the tablet or pill and be able to identify what her husband was trying to get her to swallow.

IMO the earlier overdose by Martin to his wife shows premeditation. I think that was an earlier attempt to get rid of Michele.

He said he told him he took Ada home, and Ada ran in and saw her mom backwards in the tub! She was clothed. There was blood in the water.
