Everything was already very neat......did the defendant not give away Michelle's clothing a few days after her death? Or was it a few days after the funeral. Didn't defendant move Gypsy in the day of the funeral? So I would assume the clothing was gone before then, right?

Hi, Thundar!

Seems that way. I have not read much about the case before the trial.

Do we know what time marty arrived at work the day Michele was murdered?

I am not sure he was at work earlier before the award ceremony. Wasn't the award ceremony the day Michelle died? The one that the start time kept being changed for.....the one that finally happened at I think 11:15? I do not recall anyone testifying about him being at work earlier than that.

jury questions:

did marty tell you how he advertised for nanny appls - no

was there any type of application - no

did u see blood on tile or carpet - only carpet

bathroom was clean

So how old was this witness when Michelle died and she was on the Nanny hiring committee? How strange that someone who doesn't want his children running his life has part of his children or significant others on the Nanny hiring committee.

Martin would surely know with his background when a death occurs suddenly at home one does not remove anything from the home. Especially any medications. My SIL died at home at the age of 42. Unexpected death. Later that day I went to the house to see if I could be of assistance to my BIL and or the Children as my Husband was headed to the airport. I wasn't aware the Police had called my BIL and asked to meet at the house. Police allowed me to stay as long as I was in the presence of one of the Officers. Asked me a few questions as well. They went thru everything and I mean everything. Medications were also seized. Martin would know all of this.

From what I heard after yesterday's testimony, they will have a hearing at 8:30 a.m. about the daughter possibly testifying (having to do with competence and memory and such), she is supposed to be there at 10:30 in case the judge decides she can testify, jury comes at 10:30 also.

Will that be in open court?

I don't know... during that end conference the judge said something to the media about reviewing his stance on children testifying... which may mean either a seal during her testimony or blocking us out all together.

I think that the Pros is finally tying things together or painting the picture that marty (I stole "marty" from Bravo, lol) had the opportunity and ability to end Michele's life.

I want to apologize to fellow posters if I have caused confusion between what I believe witnesses said and my personal posts. I am an avid scanner thread poster. So I find myself posting only what the witness is saying.

Sorry for any confusion :scared::scared:
