Hello everyone. Happy to have found this forum....so much good info and friendly members. I am retired and have become an avid trial watcher. I'm thinking things aren't looking too good for the prosecution so far. Hope things pick up today.

The obituary for Dr. MacNeill's son does not reference the father at all. I wonder where the son was living at the time of his death. So sad.

So was the father ashamed of what his son had done. Just like MacNeill's brother so many years earlier.

Didn't MacNeill tell one of his girlfriends that he killed his brother and made it look like suicide? Could the son's drugs use have cause MacNeill to get rid of this new blemish on his perfect image? Didn't some one post that MacNeill had said he tried to kill his mother but his older sister called emergency services?

MacNeill worked with old, infirm people? Ones, maybe, suffering from dementia or just trusting to what their doctor was injecting them with? Egads....

Good morning. This could be a tear jerking day if the judge allows us to see Ada's testimony.

I'm hoping Ada's testimony and Gypsy's cement the deal. I think the Defense is going to spin it that Gypsy could have done it. I think Gypsy is going to be defensive and want to paint Marty in a bad light. IMO and.....:Welcome1:

Is MM a serial killer operating under the guise of suicide and accidents?
Seriously I am starting to wonder!

I thought it was 12:30. I just went to the WAT site as earlier they had the times displayed. Said it would go til 6 p.m. tonight but I wanted to check on the start time. The Seal is up right now???? Could they have finished early and were able to contact the Jurors for an earlier start???? I'll keep checking the site as it is odd to see the Seal so early.

I am on central time and plan on leaving the site up and running @9:30 my time. Just in case we get to hear the attorneys debating whether or not the public should hear and or see Ada's testimony.

I don't mind if the court doesn't allow her to be seen on TV but like other cases I've seen I hope he allows us to hear her testimony.

Are Michele's autopsy/lab work published for viewing? I would be interested in knowing what her Acetaminophen level was, since this is a component of hydrocodone.

I went back to listen to end of yesterday. Judge asked the Jurors to come back for 10:30 a.m. today. So that would be 12:30 EST. Yes with the seal up perhaps an early start????
