In photos MacNeill towered over Michele and Michele was 5'8". He is a tall man. I think his over sized suit is to make him look frail and with a bad toe unable to lift a cup to his lips without assistance. poor thing.

Hmm I wonder when the judge will make his decision about Ada testifying?

Good Morning WS Friends.
Just catching up.
Has everything this morning been outside the presence of the jury?
Thanks!

Removing her bottoms sounds like he was trying to blame it on a sexual assault attempt.
Or... he couldn't remove all her clothing in time.

Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk 2

He was trying to remove her clothing to make it look like she was trying to take a bath while he was out picking up Ada from school.

:floorlaugh: Right? I hope they show more of his face as more critical witnesses testify. I truly believe he is a sociopath and as such he will find it very difficult not to show displeasure at being judged or hearing statements critical of him. In his mind he is perfect and does no wrong as well as being very controlling. Hearing things he cannot control or that anger him will make it hard for him to hide his emotions. His wife was the exact same size I am as I sit here, I could be hauled out of a tub by my 15 yr old daughter for crying out loud. he screamed for help and sent Ada so he would have witnesses to his "life saving" effort and the drama of the situation. Jerk...

I THINK That is exactly what MM did; and he over acted his part in this crime only making things worse for himself his own words will hang him. That and his many actions. I think all deaths surrounding him should b reopened. :fence: Because he has killed before it looks like....I don't believe any of his stories, am so glad daughters didn't either.

Daughter has to testify.

:floorlaugh: I so wanted the camera on MacNeill when the office supervisor said that he had prepared a report about MacNeill's conduct etc for the higher ups WITHOUT MacNeill's knowledge. I bet he was seething inside. The report indicated a downward spiral in the quality of work performed by MacNeill. I don't believe that MacNeill has had a day that he was depressed in his life. He is too busy conviving and manipulating. IMO

I can't get over his excuse for not removing Michele from the tub, his toe?? She was too heavy?? We all know that in stressful situations your adrenalin kicks in and he would have been able to drag her out of that tub. If he truly came upon a scene of his wife's accidental drowning her would have pulled her from the tub and started CPR. IMO he did not want to help her, he did not want to help her survive even if it was indeed an accident. He wanted her to die and be gone so he could move on with his new life. I'll never understand these men that kill their wives that they are done with, ever heard of something called a divorce??

BBM
Especially if she was just draped over the edge of the tub like he said.

That was the time the Judge told the Jurors yesterday to arrive (12:30 EST) Lawyers were to arrive by 8:30 to argue whether Ada will take the stand or not. Hearing this a.m. was out of the presence of the Jury. I wasn't sure if we would be able to see this mornings hearing but glad we were.
