omigosh...so heartbreaking....i am worried about her, obviously a huge strain on her......so sad....also she is so thin I'm sure the stress is a big reason for that....

Her voice firms up with she mentions her father. She feels so betrayed. I hope she stays strong.

I have a strong feeling that if Ada is not allowed on the stand, MacNeill will walk. Ada was the first person to see her mother (that is, other than MacNeill, who I am sure was in the room well before Ada was).

OMG I just want to give this witness a hug!

Her dad was her best friend growing up and she was very close to her mom......

Witness was living in Salt Lake City.....she was 16 when she moved out of the home...

She doesn't know the exact address of where her parents lived in April of 2007.....but had visited several times......witness was 27 in April of 2007

Hearing about when her mother died....she was driving on her way to her family home......had been at work....left cell phone at home.....when got home saw she had missed calls from her dad....so gave him a call.....later on in the day....got home later from work.

Could not get ahold of him at first...voice mail said: Rachael quick get to the hospital it's your mother, quick!

She finally got a hold of her father.....asked what was happening.....he said Rachael come home.....she asked if mom was ok.....he said Rachael come home....then hung up on her......

Witness called Alexis.....and found out what was happening.....then she went to the house......got there about 6...went right in

It would be beyond stupid for anyone to think MacNeill would not have been able to move Michele out of the tub if she was in the the position he said she was in. If the jury buys this, they are clones of the Pinellas jury!

Sadly I have no choice!
Beggars cannot choose - I hate that! All the commercials!
Having to watch the old blonde woman's segment and the interviews of government "people "...

I need my laptop back!

HLN here too, commercials bug me, but there is practically no volume at the streaming links.

'My dad was adamant when describing what had happened to mom'

MacNeill realizes he overplayed the pity card for himself with that stunt. Because he's a sociopath he didn''t foresee how a child of the dead woman would not want the gory blow by blow details. He has his face hidden to cover his darting eyes. Looking for a way out.

This is painful to watch.

Went to find her dad......there were alot of people in the house she didn't know....neighbors.....she found her dad and conforted him.....

Did dad take you into the bathroom? yes he did.....witness and sister.......dad was wanting to describe what happened to her mom........

What happened next.......I told him I did not want to know....he insisted....she stood back and watched and listened......in the master bedroom........he went into the bathroom.....bathroom to the right off the master bedroom.........exhibit 30-a picture or drawing of the bathroom.

Witness stood where the doors were........(witness can hardly stand to touch the picture or think of it)......

Father physically showed how he found witness's mother and talked about Ada first found her mother.....father said Ada was ruined..............he walked through and showed......Alexis was also present.......

Witness will now show how father described finding mother.......witness crying now.

is the lady the lead defense attorney or the guy?

Taking a break.....witness needs a break.........

I know Rachel is upset and don't mean any disrespect. But she would be a better witness if she appeared less dramatic. Theatrics are a little over the top.

Stretch break?

What for? For the defense to recover?

It just hit me!
Remove wife's bottoms, expose her breasts - ask for a males help... ie : the MALE won't notice he is faking the breaths because he will be looking at her body!
Glad the REAL MAN in this scenario covered Michelle!!!

Drives me bonkers!

You and me both! It's bad enough with all the commercials but then the host has to blabber before getting back to the trial.:tantrum:

Were there any polygraphs done in this case that we're aware of?

marty told her that he needed to get an autopsy done right away
because he didn't want a police investigation or for people to think that he had anything to do with Michele's death

marty was jumpy every time some one knocked on the door
