Very telling, isn't it? Gypsy has definitely 'dumped' on them. To bad when Gypsy stated this morning on the stand that she had a child, the prosecutor didn't ask who was raising the child and whether the child was still legally hers.

I think he might have been getting ready to disappear... then came up with the plan to kill Michele instead.

Didn't the affidavit or one of the links state Gypsy was picked up or was it Martin as there was evidence one was going to flee to Mexico?

I disagree with Gypsy that her other trial had nothing to do with Michele's death.

If Michele was still alive and mother to those girls I doubt Macneill and his sidekick would have tried to take over the adopted girl's identity.

I am so glad you brought that up. In an interview I saw SOMEWHERE I think it was Doug Whitney said that MM was on his way out of the country, and he only came back to Utah because he thought he had a buyer for his house! And that is when they arrested him !!!!! They probably lured him back with the house???

Obviously it is not going to be part of testimony, but it would be interesting to figure out what was going on in that devious brain of his.

Why would claiming you are going to die of cancer w/in 6 months help him? Was he planning to fake his own death so as to avoid child support payments? I'm quite certain he has squirreled some money away.

Obviously he knows how to obtain a fake identity. Just seems whacky to me but I'm sure there was a motivation behind his spooling out this false narrative.

I hope the prosecution team has obtained the services of a forensic accountant so that if there is money "hidden" somewhere, it is found out before the conclusion of this trial. A good forensic accountant should be able to do this.

Martin didn't appear to be happy at all with the judges ruling about the "wedding date" being brought in for the jury. Poor guy, can't get his way this time like he has in the past.

So Gypsy sent pics to MM. Was it the day after Michele died? I take it these were provocative shots. And, she doesn't remember getting a 4 ct diamond ring (it couldn't be that good of a ring for $7500, probably totally included). Running to post office. Back soon. Hugs to all!
