My pup is losing her mind. Thinking the sounds were somebody at the door. I wonder what that just was???? Poor little Ada.

Speaking of destroying....I really hope that Alexis had someone (professional) talk to Ada to make sure that Martin never did anything to her. The way she does not want to talk about her dad at all and his past history worries me.

Got locked out of WS for a bit but am back now. Server overloaded?

Hmm, just saw him squirm when the detective mentioned that Ada's mom was dead.
He tightened up his tie with a strained look on his face.

Um, wait a minute, Ada and dad walked home from school that day? So then that means that Martin was at the house before he picked up Ada from school? Or did I miss something?

I hated to bring this up before but here goes......Ada just stated the water was brown. I always wondered if it was assumed blood. Perhaps there was some blood. I just wondered if during the drowning and Michele's relaxed drug state and ultimate death she lost control and expelled 'bodily functions"

Martin's attempt at looking sullen and sad is a big, fat, fail!

My heart breaks for Ada.

I really, really hate to say this but there are aspects about Ada's answers that do indicate that she has been "coached" or led to give particular answers. That's not to say it's not true, but I do think those around her did influence her - maybe inadvertently.

What could the defense possibly ask this sweet child?

The only question they should ask her is what her favorite ice cream is. Then leave it alone! :snooty:

:twocents:

Poor kid. :sigh:

"She was wetting her hair" sounds like something that Martin told her to give a reason as to why Michele was completely clothed in the tub.

MOO

Is it striking anyone else as odd at certain questions when she doesn't want to talk?

Yes, and then Ada didn't want to talk about whether she had ever seen her mom wet her hair like that before.

Now she doesn't want to talk about her mom's eyes being puffy and what she looked like.

Hey minor! Ya know.. I was just thinking that it seems odd how she keeps saying 'she was just wetting her hair', she repeats it, many times. (which would make sense if she was found the way MM says she was) But yet says she was all the way in the tub. I was sitting here thinking that MM repeatedly said that she was wetting her hair to her or around her. I know that's not what you were meaning... LOL but goes to show how things are heard differently :)

I think the woman doing the questioning is doing a good job. Poor Ada.

ETA: just read your last comment, maybe it was what you meant LOL
