Hey guys! I have been watching most of this trial on HLN ( I know... my bad LOL) but watching it streaming today.... am I the only one that is thinking that this woman is totally off? I mean really... who doesn't remember where and how and with what ring you were proposed too? smh
I have a quick question though.... what was the fraud convictions about? hoping someone can answer me, I tried to do a quick google search and didn't have much luck.

PROSECUTOR SAMUEL S. PEAD is a member of the Utah County Attorney's Office, a 2007 graduate of the Brigham Young University school of law, and has been licensed to practice law in Utah since 2008.
He probably has never encountered this type of lying conniving female in his practice to date. Too much of a gentleman.
Will the jury get to ask this witness questions?
