If the relationship has been over for so long, why doesn't she testify truthfully the first time she's asked a question? Have they stopped all communication?

ETA: Someone on HLN said last week that she's distancing herself from MacNeill. Not imo. If she were she'd be up there telling all without hesitating, telling what a he is.

This is the first time I have seen this trial for myself. Until this point I have only read to catch up. I am the only one that seems to think this prosecutors is unsure of himself, hesitant?
IDK he seems not fully prepared and nervous to me.

Hey guys! I have been watching most of this trial on HLN ( I know... my bad LOL) but watching it streaming today.... am I the only one that is thinking that this woman is totally off? I mean really... who doesn't remember where and how and with what ring you were proposed too? smh

I have a quick question though.... what was the fraud convictions about? hoping someone can answer me, I tried to do a quick google search and didn't have much luck.

She received a military dependants card and used the benefits from it as well as stole the identity of MM's daughter.

PROSECUTOR SAMUEL S. PEAD is a member of the Utah County Attorney's Office, a 2007 graduate of the Brigham Young University school of law, and has been licensed to practice law in Utah since 2008.

He probably has never encountered this type of lying conniving female in his practice to date. Too much of a gentleman.

First time watching the trial today but have read most of it. It's scary knowing that I am on alot of the drugs Michele was given. Hydrocodone, phenergan, valium. Not to mention xanax that I am also on. I really think I need to get off of some of these drugs!!! I do believe he overdosed her though, it's so horrid for her whole family and children.
