I thought it looked like a picture of the defendant, was it really a picture of Gypsy? still LOL

The State had handed Vicki a picture and asked her who it was of, Vicki stated her oldest daughter Gypsy. The only other thing at the witness stand was the envelope and letter from Martin.

OMG... he only loved Michelle as a sister... and he could wax poetic and get down on bended knee for Gypsy, but couldn't say anything about Michelle at her funeral.

Alrighty then, did anyone else expect a little more from this witness than either the prosecution or defense asked? I seem underwhelmed by the testimony....not at all what I was expecting.

I guess I'm really not informed very well about this case. The last paragraph of that article, I'm confused.

It feels like the State is not going as hard after Martin as they could/should be. Not sure if court rulings are hampering their questions of witnesses or what, but at this rate there is a chance he could walk.
