It was an interesting morning and the women held up well. Alexis has a very good recollection of all the events leading up to the death and the things that were done and said on that unfortunate day. Plus she kept records to only add to her credibility. IMO the jury was given bountiful evidence to cast suspicion on MM's guilt.

About Noelle.

I'm pretty sure Giselle and Noelle is the same girl. G maybe changed her name.

I've been lurking a lot on MacNeill's social media accounts, where I've found everyone, except Giselle. But there is a girl, Noelle MacNeill who post family pictures and information about "mom, Michele" and who is friends with all the other MacNeill's and Cluff's.

She has a very distinct face that hasn't changed much since she was a little girl, so I'm positive it her.

Rachel also kept referring to Noelle during her testimony. According to the affidavit Giselle was the only one that got along with Gypsy.

Noelle is enrolled in University up north.

Go Alexis Go.......finally a good witness!!

Lunch recess.

So, who, in your opinion, has or have been the best witness/witnesses for the prosecution so far?

My vote: Alexis. Sabrina was very good. I also thought Gypsy's mom was good, as she blasted through the "not remembering" of her daughter's testimony.

I think Ada was an excellent witness for the State successfully disputing her father's version of events in the tub and I think Alexis is wonderful, tho we haven't seen the defense have a go at her. They probably will nit pick her memory about minor non events since she is very sharp and sure of what she is saying.

I thought the same and have seen the social media as well but today's testimony confused that. I believe Sabrina stated she did not where Giselle was, nor had she seen her in a long time. (Words to that effect).

Wait, I missed that, Michele had a broken arm or hand at time of death?

  • #207
Good Lord. He gave her 2 Percocets at 1:30 AM after the valium, and other meds at midnight!

The Prosecutor did not ask Alexsis when she last medicated her mom before her dad made her go sleep in Ada's room. MM only admits to giving Michelle 2 Percocets etc to Alexis. I think he gave her more. JMO

No, Alexis stayed she had a broken arm in 2000-2003 and didn't like narcotics.

Well, that can be.

From what I've read on those accounts the other's aren't that close with Noelle.

"Hope you're doing ok"
"Hope you had a nice birthday"
those kind of statements.

See the picture. Noelle posted this on her SM. She's the one on the far right. In other news outlets and in the family picture she's referred to as Giselle.

About the fifth adoption that didn't go through; from what I've read here and some pictures I've seen, I think that was a boy.

No the broken bone was sometime before the drowning but Alexis was able to show that her mom did not abuse any medicine and that mom, Alexis and MacNeill knew that Michele was sensitive to drugs at that time.

No the broken arm was sometime between 2000 and 2003 per Alexis' testimony.

Goes to show Michelle was a kind soul. After raising her own children, she gave a home to four others. Precious. Bless her heart.

Unlike Martin who wanted the children out of the house shortly after Michele's death and funeral. I guess he was tired of not being able to behave the way he wanted to without little eyes watching.

MM made sure when he over medicated Michelle that she would be so deeply sedated that she was practically comatose. Additionally, by doing so, she did not have a gag reflex, not allowing her to protect her airway which is a natural reflex. Also, I think Michelle would have been incontinent of urine which may be why she was found with no pants on. That would have been a dead giveaway to the EMTs and medical personnel that Michelle was overdosed. JMO

Does anyone know the date or how many days post op MM requested the refill for the Percocet? TIA

Alexis testified that her mother still had bruising under her eyes at Michelle's postoperative visit. There was probably bruising along her jaw line as well. How convenient for MM that she had them, as any other bruising he may have caused would have been contributed to the surgery. The ME would have been none the wiser and suspected nothing. It is all starting to make total sense to me now upon listening to Alexis' testimony. JMV

Many thanks to scorekeeper and other posters for posting the jist of the testimony from the earlier witnesses. It made it so much easier to catch up on what I missed.

Ok, I just listened to Sabrina again. She says "Giselle and Noelle".

So then there's actually Giselle, Noelle, Elle, Sabrina.

Maybe Noelle's adoption was terminated?

I got really confused by Noelle's own posting in social media and what MSM caption their pictures.
