It breaks my heart Martin had access to such vulnerable people. I provide Services to a vulnerable population and some of their stories of abuse or merely being taken advantage of for property or money is devastating.

I'm in the insurance business and some of my clients are older and more susceptible to scams. Recently I had one old gentleman lose his house to two piranhas. They somehow got him to sign over the deed to the property and an attorney told him he was out of luck. He tells me they are letting him stay and shrugs his shoulders at the whole thing. I tell him to be careful they may be trying to get whatever else he has. He just smiles. They got a brand new car out of him. He signed over the title. I'm worried he may find himself destitute and on the streets.

It sickens me.

JMO but it seemed Gypsy's parents were over the moon when she brought MacNeill home to them. The fact he was a (supposed) Dr and Lawyer...they probably had many problems with Gypsy and thought she was finally getting herself together.

I wasn't able to quote and paste here from the last thread but someone said that he'd rather raise his daughter not to want to marry a doctor or lawyer but to become one.

I was lucky I was raised by a dad who believed you could be anything you set your mind to.

That's easy enough to accommodate. Just don't televise. I can't imagine MacNeill looking like he would physically attack an adult male unless he was drugged to the gills. Does MacNeill still have money? To suggest he could pay to 'arrange' an accident to one of these inmates? Sounds like MacNeill has some clout thru money.
