This defense is going to try to put forth that Sabrina has been tainted by Alexa, or coached by her.

They sure are trying to get an answer of the dad was crying.

Sabrina lived with Alexis for about four years. IMO Alexis is the one that helped Sabrina to become a stronger person. I image Alexis encourages others to be strong. Unlike the father who liked to control everything.

Sabrina was like 12, when her mom died. They expect her to remember everything that she said that day. Mom was tired, they say she said she was sick, not herself, but Sabrina keeps explaining sick as her meaning her mom was tired, and the defense is pushing, sick. Sabrina is not giving them exactly what they want. She is holding up well under cross.

What I've read is that after someone went and brought Giselle back from the Ukraine she was placed into a structured foster home, she is now an adult however, and still has serious problems with her credit.

She received an RN license using an alias as her name?! She will never, ever work in that field! Falsification of documents is worse than drug/alcohol addiction as far as the Boards of Nursing is concerned.

Glad the prosecutor clarified other statements that were made by Sabrina that the defense conveniently omitted. Sabrina did great. Strong girl, not being influenced by the persistent tactics of the defense.
I am also glad the defense is not aggressively attacking the witnesses responses.

Defense keeps pointing out that the children were saying she is sick. But isn't that how adults would say a person recovering is? Eg mommy is sick. The defense wants the word sick meant differently.
