If there are parents on the jury this line of badgering Alexis is going to tick them off. The defense is making a huge mistake by attacking Alexis the way that he has. The crap about getting her "story" together was a low blow. Alexis, and any child, would remember the last time they spoke to their mother before she died.

MOO

Alexis deserves a medal for getting through this with so much dignity and class. I would have snapped on this guy a long time ago.

I told hubby that Alexis is a lot nicer than I am. I would have already told off this lawyer for the crap that he has been pulling.

Good lord. Her mother just died. I'm sure that day was frantic. Give it a rest. :gavel:

Can someone email the prosecution and let them know they can object, any time would be fine, anything? Hello?

There has to be a strategy in not objecting - like, knowing Alexis could handle herself, and thinking the jury would grow tired of the bullying approach. Surely, they aren't just being incompetent and aloof, right?

"Oh now." The State has got to start with their objections. This is getting beyond stupid with how the defense lawyer is continuing to get away with his unprofessional treatment of Alexis.

I am not watching the trial...just reading WS comments (thanks by the way). My guess is that the defense is trying to neutralize Alexis since it sounds like she is such a strong witness. Their hope is that the jury won't remember what she said and only remember being bored during her testimony. JMO, IMO.

So now MacNeill's guilt or innocence depends on if the lights were off or on in the master bedroom.

Who gives a rat azz?

Yeah his mind was somewhere else alright... he was wishing Gypsy would send me some racy photo's

I love how she keeps saying, "This is when I talked to my mom for the last time!" As the jury thinks about this abomination, I bet those are the words that will stick in their heads.

Yes, they are taking everything that she said and did and putting a spin on it. You are absolutely right. A day like that would be confusing and full of turmoil and I am certain that the days events would get jumbled with time.

Ugh! Now he is trying to put others peoples words in her mouth. What a class act.

Give me a minute so I can read this. She certainly is not intimidated with this man.
