WATs seal is up. Unfortunately, I have company coming at 11am today. I don't think I will be able follow the trial until 1pm. So, I will rely on the posts of WS for what I miss.

The arrest affidavit speaks to both of them xchanging mail through a third party in the prison system. Remember, both of them have been incarcerated in separate prisons already for the fraud and other charges. We know from yesterday that today at 830 they will be talking about plans for having four of the prisoners to testify on Friday and /or Tuesday . I believe this is why the lawyers are coming at 830 to discuss how they're going to protect their identity and what they will do with prisoners after they testify. Yesterday the prosecutor was talking about having the inmates change prisons after testimony . I assume they're going to be prisoners from both the women's prison and men's as it was stated there were two separate prisons the inmates were coming from.

I am aware that Alexis is the biological daughter and 2nd oldest child of Michele and Martin. Your post suggested watching a 20/20 interview with her parents.
I am confused by that suggestion.

I noticed that yesterday. I also think the sound is better on WAT.

I did not mean to sound like you did not know they are her parents.
I watched the 20/20 interview a few days ago. I am not sure, but I think they explain a little about the adoption. I have watched a few interviews and read much to catch up on this trial in the last week, I am not 100% certain that is the interview where I saw them speak of the adoption. Sorry, if I confused you.
