The prosecution woke up and jumped all over whatever they were talking about. I haven't been able to follow what that is, as it's just a blur (and I'm working in the background).

The point is that with 4 kids you'd have some laundry every day anyway. Just because Alexis did the laundry before she left does not mean her mother would not have done any laundry afterward.

And as she stated ...putting away piles of laundry ..I too would say " i am doing laundry ."

She didn't misrepresent herself at all. She didn't have the "IN" to get what she needed so she asked somebody who did. In 2008 or whenever this happened, you could still do that. Now it is much tougher.

I did see a pretrial ruling from a different judge that said he would give little weight to Frikke's report, due to her medical condition at the time. (She had metastatic breast cancer). He also said he found Perper's report to be the most thorough.

Would this jury be made aware of this judges ruling?
