Ha. No investigation at the time.

Sorry. I use MD and DO synonymously.

A DO carries the same title, "MD". The MD stands for Medical Doctor as stated on the Medical School Diploma/Degree. Just like any doc who lost their license, they are still an MD, that does not change.

"You have NEVER, EVER mentioned that before today have you?!?!"

Sorry dude, this is not a big "gotcha" moment, move on please.

I'm going to the trial tomorrow with Tricia. :loveyou:

Terrific!!!!! Look forward to both your observations. Attending Court is a very different experience than watching from afar. You will be privy to so many details. I'm a bit bias being Canadian when I attend Trials. I luv the British influence. The robes (no wigs) and the collars. Pin stripe pant. When the Judge enters and we stand there is a half bow from the waist. I'm sure you will take in much. Best part is you are there to support the Family and the Victim.

Replying to posts and refresh at times is wonky. For me :banghead:

He's impeaching her by saying she lied on her medical school application!

What her father did, was far worse.

Ok, Spencer is now pushing the limit now for me. Saying that Alexis lied on her application to get into medical school? Does he not remember his own client? Of course we can't let the jury know about Martin's fraud. Just like when the defense went after Rachel for her psych problems when Martin himself had issues that were not allowed to be brought in for the jury.

This must be why MM was smiling while ago. Everyone fudges on applications or resumes!!!

  • #712
I expect the defense to reveal that in 4th grade Alexis did willfully steal her classmate's twinkie...

  • #713
Okay, this is just low IMO. She didn't submit those letters.

  • #714
So much for only 30 minutes of questions left for Alexis.

  • #715
now trying to show that Alexis used a letter from her dad (only using his partial name) as a letter of recommendation for medical school

I can't stand to watch him smillllllllllleeee

My thoughts exactly

I know, right? This is just reaching, and it could potentially harm her career now, couldn't it?

I'm so grossed out by this. He is letting his counsel throw his own children under the bus that HE built and drove.

Good riddance

The Defense has just shown himself to be a complete j@ckazz. PLEASE let Martin take the stand in his own defense. I would love to see him squirm on the stand.
