Spencer picking on minutia again doesn't seem real helpful to his cause.

You are right. Me thinks <modsnip> needs to just sit a spell
Judge seems bored with all these tedious questions, RIGHT????

Hey, I don't think I knew that inmates were allowed to e-mail? :waitasec: Since when?

Since they are allowed to have web sites for money (remember stab crazy Jodi Arias?) and some even have gone into a lonely hearts business. Milking lonely men or women or both out of money.

And they don't pay taxes!

i think the judge wants to get to gypsy today...might go late and no break.

  • #504
Exactly - it seems crazy. I'm half waiting for MacNeill to jump up and yell, "Objection! Judge can you get my lawyer to shut up?"

:floorlaugh: I can sooooo picture that in my head! :pullhair:

MacNeill was upset because she would take the kids? BS!

It was more about the money.

It was all for Gypsy.

spencer frequently restates what the witness answered and in many cases reinforces a point that is not to the advantage of the defense. seems stupid

If this trail has taught me anything, it's to get rid of all the drugs in my house. I just counted and I have 84 tablets of Hydrocodone. I need to call my police department to find out how to dispose of these. I would not want my grands to get a hold of these drugs.

Sometimes they offer programs to dispose of mere. Or check with pharmacy

Do what the pretend Doc on trial here did. Flush 'em.

I've got me the HLN blues,
They keep showing ads and not the news,
Is the inmate telling murder? Can't really say
Cause in HLN land its still early day .

They keep promising Gypsy, like sex is the star
And not the bad doctor, whose fate is by far
The reason we're watching, to see justice done.

If HLN were the jury they'd always be hung,
Quibbling about nothing, proud to be dumb.

lol Judge Pullen is so intense sitting there looking at his puter screen. I suspect he plays Candy Crush, I mean what could he possibly be looking at all the time? :websleuther:

He does. I just sent him extra moves :blushing:

Inmate #1 didn't expect anything in return for his testimony (even though Spencer wants him to say yes...)

No. Don't do that. No one should ever flush pills. They should be disposed of properly. And a "doctor" would know that.

That's what I've said in a couple of comments too. It's insane.

But if he's working pro bono I guess MacNeill is getting his money's worth.

It was more about the money.

It was all for Gypsy.

For Martin the kids equaled money. If Michele divorced him and got custody of the kids he would have to pay a lot in child support.

Not to mention how a divorce would appear to everyone around them. Which makes him look better?

a) Wife tragically dies in sudden death episode leaving poor Martin alone to care for children but he finds love with nanny for children and they all live happily ever after. LDS members smile at him recognizing his strength and blessings.

or

b) The MacNeills' divorce, stories of his infidelity become known, he loses kids and assets, has to pay child support and alimony, LDS members look at him with a look of disappointment....

Which of the above would a lying, cheating, sociopath choose?

Just was looking for more info on Judge Pullan, came across this site I had never seen before. I am sure a lot of you here are aware of it, but I will link it anyway, good bookmark for trial watchers- http://judgepedia.org/index.php/Main_Page

Inmate #1 knows what drugs Michele had been prescribed... well, the Oxy, the sleeping pills, and the Xanax. That's a pretty big deal, IMO!

Flushing lets the drug get into the groundwater. Best to ask pharmacy for disposal.

I'd love it if this came along shortly....

Spencer: "No more questions."
Judge: "Redirect?"
State: "I couldn't possibly add anything to what Mr Spencer just did for me."
