jason doesn't deny selling fake watch

then in nov 2012

to Cabella and buy some things but steals ammunition
got caught

went to court in December
walmart case reduced

felony for Cabella's

seems that defense is trying to impeach jason

Ouch. On number of fake watches he sold. Counting only the ones he was caught selling.

I know I have bought 2 fake Rolex`s on a lark on vaycay. Lordy. Just bouncing off your post. Is that the best they can slam him for.

i thought one of these guys was going to testify about the "doc" telling them exactly how he killed her and I thought it was this guy but guess not.

But but that is the beauty of a Sociopath. And eventually what gets them caught. Martin had a new venue and a new audience. They never shut up because they like themselves more than anyone LOL. IMO.

Agreed Bravo.....Martin thinks he is too smart to get caught...he thinks he is above everyone else...

I thought the same thing, per the article I posted a little while ago! :waitasec:

:dunno:

Doc M's face is starting to contort and looks like he is shooting daggers out of his eyes.

Guess he thought being a fake doc and a fake lawyer had him covered.

Guess the jury now knows about Federal Prison, lol. Guess they know he is hot air balloon and said he killed his wife.

Redirect may be something like:
"So you've been involved in a number of different thefts over time?"
"Yes."
"But the idea of spending any amount of time with someone who told you he murdered his wife is repellent to you?"
"Objection."

jason admits to lying to probation about his whereabouts

jason taken into custody at that point

house searched

found fake watches

and other things that led to serious probation violations

this is when he moved to Sundance and met marty

Well let's put this in context; he stole a laptop from walmart it doesn't exactly equal murder; he isn't like that. You can tell; he got caught up in theft criminal activity but he isn't a killer like McNeil is.:moo:

IMO these guys are low level Criminals. Not that it is right. Far cry from murder.

Good Lord...everyone agrees this guy has a past...get on with it...trying to make him look as bad as his client who is on trial for murder........smh

Was MM's fraud conviction know to the jurors before this? Defense didn't object.

I was happy that got in !! Cannot believe the defense didn't object

questioning jason about his interview with investigators

now questioning jason about phone calls with wife

talking about other schemes/illegal activities

-get meds from doc moore and sell pills
-also landlord issues - wanting to buy house, etc

landlord defrauded jason first with mold in the house ......... LOL

IMO, He got away with so much over the years because he was cleverly evil, and thought he was above everyone. He was facing 1st degree murder, I just don't see him talking at that point.

Good morning WS Friends!

Jason's wife put $$ in marty's account
so marty could get jason stuff from commissary

Defense is really trying to trip up jason

I have to agree with you. While he may have made inferences or jokes I don't think he would have really confided in anyone as he was looking down on everyone around him.

Spencer not getting the answers he wants!

I think Doc M talked with Inmate P.

You would be surprised how much men talk. (Worse than women, shocking really.) Especially when in jail and trying to make sure everyone thinks you are bada** so they will not want to hurt you or mess with your food, etc...

Maybe I'm wrong, cuz I just got here, but def doesn't seem to be scoring any points crossing this witness?
