Lol, being a very good lawyer of any sort is an art form.

Whenever I see one yammering on about nothingness, repeating too many times the same point, I realize they are not the attorney I would want representing me.

Jurors dislike it too.

Spencer could have made his point(s) with Inmate P in a few words, long ago, and left it at that. Jurors are not dumb, a lot of attorneys do not understand that. They should in the new era of the U.S. with everything being litigated and publicized, but a lot don't understand.

The deal about putting money on another inmates account is such a common occurance...its just what they do..

I believe they do it so the state can't take any restitution owed or other fines.
