Clearly the speakers are sitting right there on the table and sometimes when you have a site pulled up; after a certain amt of time; video starts to play all on it's own like a timeout. All they have to do is use HISTORY and find the exact time; so when she shook her head and said there is no way to pull that up; I read her lips; this is just wrong. It's incorrect; and a lie.

Settings History Time of the incident it will correspond with the URL to the site that was played. PERIOD.

This judge continues to INSERT himself into this trial. In the most unproffesional way's I've ever seen from a judge. The judges role is to RULE and to SIT on the case not to INTERVENE continually or to tell the atty's how to do their job or how to ask a particular question. This judge should be removed from the bench. JMMHO:scared:
